I've been using a ResMed AirSense 10 for several years, and have been quite happy with it, but it is kind of a pain to travel with. I tried the Z1 travel CPAP, and it was okay, but the lack of humidification was a problem for me. I've slept like a baby each night I've used it.The machine is quiet and easy to use, and it's quite portable, even with the humidifier attached. If you travel, but have trouble using a CPAP without humidification, I highly recommend the DreamStation Go with humidifier.

I purchased the humidifier with my Dreamstation Go as I use the CPAP on board airliners with their very dry air and my vacation home which is located in a desert climate.I was concerned that the reservoir would be inadequate given it's small size but that has proven to be a non-issue.Humidification is quite adequate and I am so happy with the CPAP/Humidifier combo that I haven't bothered to set up my Series 60 machine in my vacation home from where I am writing this review.A most worthwhile purchase.

I’m not happy with this machine. The pressure control (ramps, amount of pressure) are not as comfortable as my normal machines. Too much pressure for way to long. This in spite of the machine being set up to the same prescription as the other machines. But my major issue is that this is advertised as a travel machine. It is small enough, but still quite heavy. And the BIG problem is that it does not have a 12v power input. To use it on a battery, you must buy an expensive Philips exclusive battery. Making a machine only useable with a proprietary and expensive battery is just another attempt by Philips to increase their profits, and it makes the machine less versatile for the owner.
The DreamStation Go is a wonder. I debated getting the humidifier. I'm glad I did, and it works great for me. If this is only being used for travel, I'm not sure it is worth the cost and size over the CPAP for short trips. I use the CPAP at my partners house when I stay over, so with the humidifier I now have a total system when I sleep over. When I travel for short trips however, I don't need the humidifier. In my case a trip longer than 2 nights I bring the humidifier with, and have a more comfortable sleep, and the increase in luggage is worth it. At the top I should have mentioned that it works really well. Not quite a smooth as the full size unit on the DreamStation. It is however a marvel as a complete package.
I got a Philips Respironics DreamStation Go Heated Humidifier a week ago. Importing to Japan requires an import report to the customs office and was issued by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. It was troublesome. However, it is highly effective in that the throat does not hurt when used and it feels good when you get up. It was a very good product, so I'm glad I had a hard time importing it. Since it was out of stock, we waited for a purchase for 3 weeks, but we asked for support until the arrival. Thank you for the price and delivery support.
Be advised that you cannot use the humidifier with a battery attached to the CPAP machine. Your machine has to be plugged in. Also, using the humidifier locks you on RAMP (i.e. 6.5) which is not necessarily bad but something you may not be using right now. The unit, all-in-all, is wonderful -- much better than going without or using a room humidifier to bring the up the humidity of the air flowing into the machine. Wish it would have been on the market last winter when things got really bad here (humidity-wise) but this year I face the coming winter with no fear. :-)
