Two useless trips to Bunnings one to measure up a light had none searched online stated this one is 360 .. it’s 300 not happy

Last two of these have functioned normally but have a service life ( and I,m estimating here) of about 50-100 hours. Not within cooee of the claimed 13,000 hours before the light output falls very largely at turn on and gradually increases over 10 minutes to something about normal. Just as you are about to leave the room. About what you would expect when you look at the country where it is made.
