Phillips does not service or replace the batteries in their toothbrushes. It is not sustainable and it would be easy enough to just replace the batteries and make them last a lifetime. VERY irresponsible. This will effect everyone on the planet. I've tried to change the settings and nothing works other than changing the brush. I subscribe to do this, but supply chain issues recently got in the way. The older version never did this. Technology is not always a good thing.

I must admit I have tried several different heads for my Philips Sonicare Diamondclean; but these W2 Optimal White Standard heads are definitely the best ones I have used.They are not too soft, nor are they too hard, they are a great size and shape. I am not sure why, but they really feel different, and they feel like they are giving your teeth an overall better clean.I have not noticed a reduction yet in surface stains, but it has only been a week of using them.I would definitely continue using these heads, and will be purchasing more in the future.

First of all, I like these heads more than round ones. Secondly, they fit straight on my electric toothbrush with ease because of their shape. They have good coverage whilst brushing and leave a lovely clean fresh feeling afterwards. Sometimes I suffer from bleeding gums but with these toothbrush heads, I had no problems. All in all, easy to use, works well for sensitive gums, the great feeling after, so would recommend.
that someone would write this kind of review without considering how it sounds to others, including Phillips.This a crazy world we now live in, and no one, nor company is perfect, and, in any case, one must often take extra steps to resolve an issue with any product or service. Thats just the way life is these days. Personally, this my 3rd Sonicare toothbrush, and when operated properly has delivered exceptional results--just like the other two. I am thrilled with my DiamondClean version, which I purchased when my second Sonicare still had many years of service left. All of my Sonicares have worked perfectly for over 20 years. The only problem I have had was with the "generic" heads NOT made by Sonicare--I won't be buying them any time soon.
I have used the Diamond toothbrush for about 6 years My hygienist and Dentist said I have no plaque and my teeth are in great shape, keep using the toothbrush. My Diamond recently died so the same day I replaced it with the model 6100. It feels stronger than the older Diamond. I love it. I'll keep using Phillips as long as they make them. The text customer service is very responsive.
The standard brush heads are too big. Sonicare was a great brush a few years ago when I could get the compact brush heads. Please bring back the compact! And why don't you offer an orthodontic brush head like Oral B does?
Easy to use. Cleans super good. Keeps my gums healthy. Battery life is great, charges easily. I like the massage and deep clean features as well as the Gum Health feature.
I used these brushes the first time, and i liked them. Bristles are not hard or too soft, they are just ok and comfortable. I noticed a bit difference after using a while, my teeth looked a bit whiter. It does not do magic, do not expect that, but it does what it says. Its gentle, it whitens a little, its comfortable, easy to change, suitable for most philips brushes. and for the quality very good price.
after only one week use, the toothbrush looks really used and not effective at all during cleaning, i changed it right after. I have used another toothbrush over 3months, and this one is just after one week so damaged! Huge difference. I should also add that it was ordred here on official website, so its not fake.
