I ordered quite a few lights, they came in 48 hours, and they checked to see if I had a hue bridge (I did), just in case I was a hue newbie and didn’t know I needed one! Order was exact. Would recommend, great price and really fast delivery. When I need more, I’ll be back. reviews.me

It’s great but takes a lot to set up. You need the Philips Hub and then to connect them all which for mine took 30 minutes because they wouldn’t find each other. Controls are through an app on phone, pc or smart home. Needed more instructions than they gave in the box.

I have a small one bedroom condo and this light bar really topped off the mood. The more ambient light the better! Put it behind the TV as advertised and its awesome. I haven't quite found the ease on eye strain as it proposes it helps with but as I keep using it maybe i'll notice. It not only looks great for any mood, but also just lights up the dark corner that the TV was sitting behind in my place. My picture really doesn't do the bar justice but I have paired with one of many other hue bulbs including the one in the picture. The way the light looks its also going to depend on your tv placement and living room setting. Mine is in a corner so it looks no where near the website sales photos! Customize it to you!
In order for these lights to work you have to purchase the hue bridge separately for $100.00. Once you have that these lights are fantastic, super vibrant and clear, even just one lights up a whole room. Would be a 5 star if you didn’t have to buy another expensive product to get the full effect.
The white and color ambiance light bar solved a long standing goal I have had for lighting an art glass piece. It is flat and has fused pieces of dichroic glass. I had no solution to having a lighting that was not easily seen and would light the entire piece. Having had experience with Hue bulbs the light bar solved this. I placed a cardboard box over the bar with a long narrow slit that restricted light output to a narrow plane and slightly tilted the glass so the entire front was illuminated. The additional ability to change the color of the illumination makes it exquisite. The light maximizes the detail in the dichroic pieces.
If it requires a bridge to work it should come with it. Will not ever purchase a Phillips product again and this little useless nightlight will be returned.
Phillips Hue is the best in smart lighting. The light bar gives my room the perfect ambience whilst watching movies, working on my laptop or watching lives on my phone.
2 out of the 4 I’ve received (2 purchased 2 ware tied) have been bad bought a new set had to send one back because it Wouldn't connect. Received a replacement, finally, it worked. Ordered a 3 while waiting on the replacement one to get here and it wouldn’t even turn on. Most of my lights in my house are Phillips hue bulbs/strips these have been the absolute worst.
received as a mother's day gift and originally thought it wasn't the best present. The first light did not contain the power supply and I had to buy a second with the power supply. Now I have two beautifully connected lights that give my zoom experiences multiple dimensions, easily changed via the app.
