So far so good! The heads are more effective than using an old fashion toothbrush and they seem to last quite a bit of time.I find the vibrating motion to be better than the oscillating motion found in other brands.I gave it 4 stars only because I think they are quite expensive.

Phillips does not service or replace the batteries in their toothbrushes. So after about 4 years, the battery will die and you will not only have to buy a new one,…you will be contributing more waste in the world. It is not sustainable and it would be easy enough to just replace the batteries and make them last a lifetime. VERY irresponsible. This will effect everyone on the planet. We must do our part to make our world sustinable..

I love how well the Diamond toothbrush cleans. However, it's very frustrating every three months when it won't start with ease. I've tried to change the settings and nothing works other than changing the brush. I subscribe to do this, but supply chain issues recently got in the way. The older version never did this. Technology is not always a good thing.

Make no mistake, the genuine article is the only sonicare brush head worth buying. They last at least three months, maintain their selected brushing modes and do a good job of cleaning your teeth.More expensive than the copies you can buy, well worth the extra cost and they last much longer.
that someone would write this kind of review without considering how it sounds to others, including Phillips.This a crazy world we now live in, and no one, nor company is perfect, and, in any case, one must often take extra steps to resolve an issue with any product or service. Thats just the way life is these days. Personally, this my 3rd Sonicare toothbrush, and when operated properly has delivered exceptional results--just like the other two. I am thrilled with my DiamondClean version, which I purchased when my second Sonicare still had many years of service left. All of my Sonicares have worked perfectly for over 20 years. The only problem I have had was with the "generic" heads NOT made by Sonicare--I won't be buying them any time soon.
The brushes I received are not true Sonicare brand. They have a very messy design unlike the uniform structure of the orignal Sonicare. I've used it one time and have had poor results having to brush longer. They are cheap so you get what you pay for. If your expecting genuine Sonicare Brush with exceptional quality these are not it. You can compare the difference of my old Orignal Sonicare brush heads to the new "Diamond Clean" heads and tell that they are not of the same quality. The first 2 pictures (stamped W) are the new Diamond clean brushes, the second 2 pictures (stamped C2) is my old brush of about 4 months of use and still better than these I received.
I love this toothbrush! I never thought my teeth could be so clean. I look forward to brushing my teeth. Cleans like you wouldn't believe. I actually look forward to brushing my teeth, lol. It's gentle, powerful, effective, yet easy on your teeth so you don't wreck your teeth. I have severe health issues, diabetes and systemic lupus which can make oral health a real challenge. Since listening to my dentist and getting this toothbrush, I am so much happier that I have cleaner teeth. Call me crazy but I think cleaner teeth give you a little more confidence which effects your life all the way around. I can't say enough. A little more than others but you totally get what you pay for!
Using our new plaque control brushes has made such a difference. Our dental hygienist is so impressed with the results, she felt we werent getting our moneys worth in our regular teeth cleanings! The small brush head gets into small spaces and cleans so well. Also love the features on our Philips - just sorry we waited so long to try it.
i've been using these for a few years and the brush heads itself works fine. the super expensive $200 toothbrush do die after a while which is a shame. you would think spending that much on a toothbrush they would last forever. now i am stuck with a bunch of brushes and have to buy another expensive toothbrush to use it all. oh and they are use different heads. so you can't even buy a cheaper toothbrush with same brand hoping it will fit.
