Ordered 10 of these approx 9 months ago. 7 failed within 7-8 months. They were replaced free of charge under warranty. Hope the replacements are better!

The Philips T5 was a replacement for a blown unit, no problem with the price and delivery was swift. Sadly on one of the 2 units delivered the pins on one end were broken, however, on contacting Lampshop online, this was replaced within 24 hours. Probably the most efficient service I've had from an online shop.

Tubes don't last the rated hours - maybe 2,000 hours for the latest one.
I’ve never bought And fitted a fluorescent tube before so I ordered with trepidation. Not only was in stock and available trough click and collect but it the right size and it worked. Sorted
