We have enjoyed using the Philips sparking water station in our household. The ability to choose the chosen temperature for the water is the best part of the machine especially since we have a young toddler.

Fabulous device

Wife was struggling to lift and hold kettle or jug. Chose the Philips All-in One Water Station as an alternative and found it perfect. You just select how much water you want in the cup and press the button for boiling water for a cup of tea. I can fill the tea pot for myself using the same method just select a higher volume of water, but she can select a single cup when I am away from home. Bought 23/10/22 and it is working hard for us every day. Replaced one filter and descaled system once in 15 days.

Good but a design flaw in the circuitry

Is great when it's working, my 2nd one has now gone faulty with the same fault as the 1st, it trips the safety switch when plugged in, 1st one lasted 18 months & this one about 14 months, my brother has also had 2 replaced with the same issue. Come on Philips it can't be that hard to sort out the issue, hopefully they have and when I get a replacement for the latest one it won't have the same issue.

Good but not perfect!

I just got this Philips all-in-one water station a week ago and the first thing I noticed that it takes forever to chill the water!So we have to drink the water while it's getting chilled.

Good product

We have had this product for six months now and have found it to be the most cost effective solution for hot and cold water. It does the job well. Could it be improved, yes but we couldn't find anything better under several thousand dollars.Improvements. The display is not fully touch sensitive and you have to step through temperature changes and dispensing volumes. An LED light over the dispenser would be nice, as would being able to disable the child lock for hot water. We have to fill it a lot but that is because we use it a lot.

Great features

Great features because all in one hot and cold water in one machine. I put it in the bed room so we dont have to go out to the kitchen at night. Recommend!but a bit complicated about filter changing LED indicator which is still lighting even I did change and tried to descale the filter already.

It’s not bad

The unit does what it says, produce great cold and hot water with a touch away. However Two issue with it, first is the constant background water cooling noise that I didn’t realise it would have. I own cheap but functional Kmart and the older version Phillip heating unit both didn’t have background noise. Second issue is water dripping after every water dispense (up to 10seconds), so unexpected for this expensive unit. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Only work for 9 months & do not know how to return

The water station was working fine and I absolutely follow all instructions, however, it stopped working this morning or maybe last night, which also caused the circuit to trip (so all white goods stopped working, including my fridge). I went to Costco - where I brought the product, and they advised me to contact Philips, but Philips customer care line is closed when I called. Now I don’t know how to claim the warranty, not to mention I only started using it from March. Disappointed.

Very good product, but small reservatory

Its a very good product, but the water reservatory has only 2/3 of its size usable, which is very little water, what makes me having to fill it up many times a day. Fortunately the filtration process is fast(ish), so it is not very common for me to run out.The hot water function is a bless though, that makes the tea making process much easier for that have multiple types of tea with multiple ideal temperatures.

With this product I don't miss my kettle one bit!

At last, a product that does away with noisy heavy kettles. Easy to refill, great for shaky hands or those with arthritis, no need to lift out the water container unless you want to. I just top up when necessary. I love the minimum water level indicator on the display. A very handy feature that avoids running out of water. The best things are: quietness; reliability (have had no issues whatsoever); readability of the very useful display (it even goes into sleep mode saving power); easy visibility of water level in the main tank; range of temperatures and volume of water that can be poured - especially the quick one cup function icon on the display to select in one tap a cup of hot water rather than separate taps for heat and volume; the filter remaining life ... MoreAt last, a product that does away with noisy heavy kettles. And how does it do with its primary function of heating water? Brilliantly, it's fast and reliable even at its max 100 degree setting. Just pop in a cup with a tea bag in it and go! I have only three wishes for top marks: a scale on both sides of the main tank instead of only on one side, a directional nozzle for filling different shapes of tea kettles, and a quicker pour - although I imagine that is to do with balancing pouring at a rate that is both quick to start while maintaining that heat while it pours. It is fast to start pouring nonetheless. All are minor issues and nowhere near deal breakers for the usability it offers. The simple operation and benefits of this water station far outweigh these lesser issues. An excellent product in every way, well worth the price. Thank you Philips!
