My review is 1 star for the blades this "seller" sold to me and not for the orginal blades made by Norelco. These blades were fake and extremely dull and sold by a 3rd party company that apparently buys the counterfits blades and then sells them like original ones. These Norelco blades cut like butter so the only explanation is that this 3rd party is selling fake/counterfits Norelco blades. I bought new ones today 10/12/24 from Best Buy and they cut smoothly like butter. I highly recommend these blades but make sure to buy from legit department stores and not 3rd party companies

360 Blades don’t fit the Face+Body clip-on guides

360 blades are the only replacement blades sold by retailers in my area. The 360 blade packaging does not indicate the 360 blade is incompatible with the One Blade Face+Body handle. As a result, these replacement blades are absolutely unusable with my One Blade handle and I’m out $30. The packaging on the 360 blades does not contain any notice or warning on the packaging that these 360 replacement blades are incompatible with prior models or the Face+Body Kit.I could not find any disclosure on the usa.philips.com website explaining the Face+Body guides are incompatible with the new 360 blades. The only information I found was a warning not to use the One Blade on body hair without using one of the clip-on guides intended for body hair. So get ready people: you can either buy a new 360 One Blade handle for $30 and a 360 Face+Body Kit for $20, or attempt to order the old style blades online and hope the seller doesn’t send you the new, predominant 360 blades — erroneously thinking replacement 360 blades are interchangeable.

Are these Genuine Philips Brand?

I purchased actual Razor kit with 3 blades included in August '23. The 3 blades lasted 10 months (June). Purchased this 3-pack in June. Blade 1 was sharp but lasted only 3 weeks and broke. Blade 2: I rate 4 out of 10 for sharpness. Therefore, I immediately tried Blade 3: I rate this 7 or 8 out of 10 before breaking after a few days. So I went back to Blade 2 and it broke today!The 5-in-1 stubble attachment was difficult to connect Andd disconnect from all 3 blades.This shouldve been my 1st clue that these are more than likely a knock-off of genuine Philips as the fitting was not precise on all 3 blades.

Better than I expected

Having been bombarded with ads for the OneBlade, I've just taken it as "just another trimmer with great marketing". The only reason I ended up buying it was that my old trimmer decided to catch on fire after a few years of good use - and this was the only other one I found that charged with USB instead of some proprietary brick.However, I've been more than impressed with it. It actually is good enough to replace all my shaving things, including my "skin close" shaving machine. It's good for shaping, properly cleaning down to the skin, easy to clean and so far has never gotten stuck in the skin (something that my previous trimmer always did). I've even used it for the armpit without cuts. Good stuff!

Broke within one week. Terrible customer service

I've been using Phillips savers for over a decade and had the older version of the one blade which has been excellent. When the idea of the subscription and the new one blade came about I quickly signed up.The initial delivery and shaver was good so I thought. But I did think the quality seemed cheaper than the older models. Anyway just my fifth shave in and the blade at the end just basically fell apart and snapped whilst shaving.Oh well I thought maybe just a duff blade so tried to ring Phillips to report it. Expecting they would just send me a replacement or maybe as I am now subscribed they will send blades anyway.But no. I have to go through loads of hoops to get. A return authorised first. But sadly you need photo is to collect which isn't possible on the lockers. So now my shaver is trapped in a ups locker and I can't get it.49 mins on the phone to ups and they are looking into it.I have made two complaints to Phillipa the first one they offered me discount on future purchases (yeah right). Still awaiting to hear about the second complaintBut it's been like a month with no shaver so why am I paying for a subscription for something I don't have.Very poor Phillips. Good but …

I really like the One Blade 360 as a straightforward, easy to use razor. I use it everyday without fail. The way the blade moves according to the movements across my neck and face have made a big improvement on the original. However, I am only giving a 3 for three reasons, the attachment that might be used to trim my beard, is so fiddly to put on and take off that it is pointless spending so much time putting it and taking it off. I have no idea what the other attachments are for and how to put them on. They have never been used nor will they be, unless I can find a use for them and how to put them on. Finally the app. It is completely pointless, other than looking at the guides which are of very limited use, as several of them relate to a different model. More accessible than conventional shavers.

I would talk about the typical things like how little shaving rash I get after using this, but that's not why I'm writing this.Being visually impaired, I rely on tech to help me though day to day life, so when I saw there was a one blade 360 with Bluetooth connectivity, I bought it instantly.Firstly, the fact that the blades reveal an eject symbol when they're dull and need replacing is a godsend. I don't have to wonder if I'm shaving with a good blade.Secondly, the app is amazing, as I can easily see my battery percentage, how many shaves are left until I need to charge, etc. The speed shave guide is good but I don't know if it's useful to me as of yet. The style guides don't accommodate for thinner moustaches and soul patches. When I needed blade refills last year, I found out the blade design was exclusively changed to this “360” design which I was thankful for as the previous design was very (and I mean VERY) brittle. Any slight bump or heaven forbid a drop and you can kiss that blade cartridge goodbye. I will say this design is an improvement on the previous generation, but these are still made of brittle plastic in the areas where it truly counts. While I have dropped these while clicked into the unit a few times, the revised style can usually be re-assembled if it seperates apart for re-use until the blade expires. However, that is not always the case. What good is being able to have a reassemblable blade if the plastic attachment points break? I wish I could get 4 months use out of one blade. This would have been a 4 star rating, but because like their predecessor these break all too easily, that rating was lowered to 3. Philips is slowly getting there with their oneblade cartridges and hopefully the inevitable replacement is an improvement in these areas.

If you are reading this review then you are probably already a fan of the Philips OneBlade. The replacement blade for this electric razor is shaped like a razor blade and only cuts hair not skin. The shape and size makes it easy to maneuver and reach areas other razors cannot.The blade is simple to install. It works dry, wet, in the shower, and with shave soap/cream. My first use with the OneBlade 360 was straight after a shower (wet shave). I had around 2 weeks of hair growth and I used it to shave parts of my neck and face (tidying up my beard). It cut through the hair very well and was extremely close to matching the closeness of a regular razor blade. As with other electric razors it required going over the same area a number of times. However I found the blades didn't seem to heat up like other electric razors I've used and seemed to glide over my skin a lot better without any irritation.My second usage was to test how well they would shave my head. Again, I had a couple of weeks hair growth (4-5mm), though this time it was a dry shave. A big plus for me is that the battery is lithium so it charges a lot quicker when compared to other types of batteries used in electric razors and clippers.In summary the OneBlade is the best electric razor I've ever used. It is able to cut through head and beard hair at varying lengths without issue, giving the closeness of a regular razor without the risk of cutting or irritation. I will be using this a my primary method of shaving both my head and facial hair. My one issue was that I was unable to match the straightness of my beard lines when using a regular razor (shavette) but this was probably due to the difference in technique and may take some practice.
