Arrived in goid condition - no problens when iswapping filter out
Overall I am satisfied with my Philips AC3033. However my last order of a replacement filter just arrived and the package was broken and torn on the bottom. Considering this is an expensive filter and I will only find out when I replace it in the next weeks (10%) this is not great. Will it affect the performance of the filter? Even more annoying is that there is no way to communicate this direct with a service. This is why I leave a review rather sorting it out. Also why are you asking for age and gender in a review?
