To balance the other review out I thought this may be of help to someone else looking for replacement heads for their S9000 Prestige (model code SP9863/14) - this is the version with the rounded, rather than angular, head.Fit fine, works like a new shaver.

I commend Megan for her competent, co-operative service. Despite Phillips no longer supplying parts for their RQ1285 model shaver, Megan's "work around" does a superb job; fitted the shaver well and do an excellent job - like a new one. Thank you Megan.

The product page and instruction manual clearly state these heads are compatible with the SP98xx Prestige shaver. The box clearly states they are incompatible with the SP98xx Prestige. Customer Services did not seem to know, but eventually advised me to return the heads and buy the complete SH98/70 unit instead (which costs almost double the money).

I'm extremely happy that I purchased these new shaving heads , they have made shaving a breeze again and not the nightmare that it was with the old blunt heads . I would recommend purchasing new heads for your razor every two years or sooner they will make shaving easy again . Thanks to get a cut for quick easy purchase .
Changed the blades out and now have a new shaver.Trouble free ordering. Arrived the next day. Awesome.
can't figure out how to replace the heads.. The orange ring doesn't work and I can't figure out how to lock then down. Watched many videos and nothing worked. Everytime clean my razor the orange rings come out and I spend hours trying to get them locked back in. I guess I'm back to Braun shavers!!
I just received new SH91 Replacement Shaving Heads directly from Philips and they DO NOT FIT my Norelco S9733 shaver! See the photo below that has my an existing shaving head at the top of the picture and the one of the SH91 heads at the bottom of the picture. The shape is different! Note the two protrusions on the SH 91 just above the notch. They prevent the head from dropping into the shaver head frame (housing the three shaver heads). The SH90 shaver head is round and drops right in. How can you sell a product as a replacement of the SH90 that does not even fit?
I've been using SH90/72 replacement shaving heads on my S9311 shaver for several years with no problem. When I most recently needed to replace them, the Philips website told me that SH90/72 was discontinued and replaced by SH91/52. So I purchased SH91/52, only to find that the heads cannot fit in my shaver! The SH91/52 heads have two fins that stick out from the otherwise round head, and these prevent them from fitting into the housing that holds the heads. I'd suggest you check the shape of your existing shaving heads closely before purchasing SH91/52 as a replacement. And needless to say, it's quite disappointing that Philips apparently no longer makes a replacement shaving head that actually works in my shaver. The blades do not last very long and lose their sharpness after several shaves. The first couple of shaves are great but the blades begin irritating my skin and pulling after approximately 5 shaves.
Can’t believe that getting new shaver heads would make this much difference. In future my new birthday present will be new shaver heads. Thank you.
