Philips Sonicare changed my life for the better. I used to be an Oral-B kinda gal, don't get me wrong, that was a massive step up from manual brushing, however when I switched to Philips about 8 years ago, the experience was groundbreaking. I've never felt this clean in my life. Squeaky clean you might say. This gentle vibration paired with the witchery of the bristles take oral care to a level of nirvana. Perfection. I couldn't go back to Oral-B let alone manual brushes. Even converted my husband! Cannot recommend Philips Sonicare highly enough! 🙌

Best firm bristles

When I received these I noticed they were not the ones I usually get but they looked the same from the online pic,. They were really narrow and I assumed they would not be as good, but boy was I wrong. These bristles are strong and firm. I LOVE them. They get all up in there. Lol. They are so firm that combined with a good plaque/tartar removal toothpaste, this will sure to remove it all.

Best toothbrush ever

I have been using Phillips Sonicare for going on 10 years now. I won't use a manual toothbrush again. They don't get my teeth clean enough. The replacement toothbrush heads do the job and do it exceptionally well. They keep my gums healthy, plaque on my teeth very very low, and my teeth white. My mouth feels dentist clean every morning after I brush.

DO NOT BUY...Cannot replace batteries

Phillips does not service or replace the batteries in their toothbrushes. So after about 4 years, the battery will die and you will not only have to buy a new one,…you will be contributing more waste in the world. It is not sustainable and it would be easy enough to just replace the batteries and make them last a lifetime. VERY irresponsible. This will effect everyone on the planet. We must do our part to make our world sustinable..

Fake Brush Heads From Third Party - Valet Seller

First of all, I've never written a review online before and I've never shopped online with Walmart. However, this recent purchase was a major letdown and now I am writing this because I feel that the seller needs to be held responsible and my fellow consumers need to know.To start, the packaging for the product was already open on the side. I didn't even need to peel anything back to pull out one of their deceiving brush heads. That was the first major red flag.In the attached pictures you can see a comparison of a *used official Sonicare W DiamondClean brush head and the *new ones I just received. The brush bristles feel much more coarse. The ones outside aren't white as they should be, they're clear. Also, the plastic cap was very hard to remove as if they weren't properly designed for that brush (coincidence?) If I had to nitpick even more, look at the words on the brush head and you can see that it's not the same boldness as the original by just a hair, but enough to convince me further that it must be fake.A look at the bottom further confirms my suspicions as you can tell in the picture that there is no ID number or little chip for Sonicare's "Brush Sync" system which is just a neat feature, but not essential.Now, I might be completely wrong and you read all this for no reason. However, it seems like there's a large difference and the fact that the box was already open didn't help. If I could attach a 3rd picture to prove it, I would.All in all, this was a rather disappointing experience considering how long I had waited for it to arrive and how ready I was to use a new brush head as you could see my old one has worn down plenty.I should have known this discounted price of $35 for 4 was too good to be true.

that someone would write this kind of review without considering how it sounds to others, including Phillips.This a crazy world we now live in, and no one, nor company is perfect, and, in any case, one must often take extra steps to resolve an issue with any product or service. Thats just the way life is these days. Personally, this my 3rd Sonicare toothbrush, and when operated properly has delivered exceptional results--just like the other two. I am thrilled with my DiamondClean version, which I purchased when my second Sonicare still had many years of service left. All of my Sonicares have worked perfectly for over 20 years. The only problem I have had was with the "generic" heads NOT made by Sonicare--I won't be buying them any time soon.

I had inquired to make sure these toothbrushes were OEM and not knock off. 2 days later after not hearing back I bit the bullet and ordered. The package came fast, but the tooth brush packaging was slightly opened on one side. Enough that someone could potentially contaminate a brush and unsuspectingly put it back in. Working in the food packaging industry, I find this a potential health concern, especially since this is something you are putting in your mouth. All tooth brushes in packaging did have protectant caps on the bristles. Overall, the brushes seem to be working well and the bristles seem to be strong. Still not sure if these are OEM.

I gave 4 stars mostly because I’ve had this product before and it serves its purpose well. This time is slightly different. I work an overnight shift, which was the reason for my online purchase. I sleep during normal daylight hours. Cool thing is porch robbers have been watching deliveries in my neighborhood and were kind enough to pick up my package. So you’ll have to ask THEM how they like these replacement brushes and the other items I need that were in that package. Not Best Buy’s fault (I’ve had great experiences over the years). No issues with the products (as someone else took them before I could get them).
