I bought these from Walmart.com and the seller was Phps Co.Ltd. They will not stay on the toothbrush and vibrate off very quickly. I noticed the font on the heads is slightly bigger and darker than my old head. Old head and these replacements have exact same model number. Sonic Care’s help page mentions counterfeit heads being a reason for heads not staying attached to base. So maybe these are counterfeit? Packaging looks legit. But super frustrating trying to brush your teeth with these heads. Old head stays on with no issues.

Order arrived quickly. I ordered an off brand from Amazon. The savings wasn't worth it. The off brand brush head doesn't vibrate properly. The C2 brush heads by Philips are perfect. Brush works like new again. And the price was good compared to elsewhere on Web.

I wanted soft bristled brushes for my Phillips electric tooth brush but these are medium bristled. That was not listed when I ordered them. Please refund my pay pal account $52.80 plus tax. I did not open any of the 3 boxes of brushes. Fed Ex says the items were returned to you on Feb. 11 2023. Thank you. Walmart customer service returned them for me.

Replacement brush 3 pack is great. Each one lasts 3 months. Best Buy runs good sales and they carry a lot of products other than computers, phones, etc. Whenever you are looking for something check Best Buy, you will be surprised sometimes. They even have landline phone batteries in store which you can never find in store in Chicago.

As far as toothbrush heads go, these do the job

What can I say about a brush head for an electronic toothbrush? I’ll start by saying that I received it to try out for this review. This particular head has two things that were new to my electric tooth brushing world — I’ve been using one for several years up until a few months ago when if got lost in a cross country move.First, this brush head has a chip in it and the toothbrush can read information on how long it’s been there and how long it has been held against your teeth with too much pressure...through some algorithm, it decides when it’s past its “ideal” brushing state and causes a notification to light up on the toothbrush. Since I haven’t gotten to that point yet, I can’t comment on what happens when it signals that it’s done. Since I haven’t gotten to that point yet, I can’t comment on what happens when it signals that it’s done. I’m hoping that it keeps on brushing but just let’s you know that it wants to be replaced. I like that it keeps track for me since I know that I will overuse my toothbrushes/brush heads otherwise.Second, this brush head, the C2 Plaque Control Brush Head, apparently is better at removing plaque. I don’t know how much of that is marketing spin, but I can say that my teeth feel and look cleaner after brushing than they did when I used a regular brush over the last few months.I also have own a sonicare diamond electric toothbrush. The heads for that one are stupid expensive. These C2 plaque control heads are cheaper. The head part that holds the bristles is also to a bit smaller, compared to most regular toothbrush heads, which I like. I find these electric tooth brush heads to be easier to get into the back areas of my mouth and since you don’t actually brush — you let the rotating bristles do the work — it does a much better job than I could do on my own otherwise.

We received the ProtectiveClean 4100 for panel review. But it`s not our first experience with Phillips Sonicare. The pressure sensor can be a little intense -- so just pay diligent attention during your routine. The BrushSync technology is a new innovation that indicates when to replace brush heads. Admittedly, there wasn`t enough time to use the brush to the point where replacement heads were necessary. All in all, this is a superior, affordable product repeatedly backed by dental professionals. You can`t go wrong.

I bought a C2 Sonic Care toothbrush. It is lighter than my older one. There is a manual included which I appreciate. I bought the replacement brush heads on Ebay as they are a better price than the optional subscription from Sonicare. They are OEM brush heads in original packaging.

Heads quickly come loose from handle
11 September 2023

The bristles on these brush heads seem to be the same quality as others I have had. But the connection mechanism is horridly faulty. Day by day, the brush head loosens until it no longer holds onto the toothbrush handle connector shaft. I have tried these on different handles, including a brand new one, with the same results. I just had a head completely fail after only 11 days of use. I don't know whether I just happened to get two bad batches, but I strongly recommend against buying these brush heads.

You will too. Saves dentists bills! Dont buy knock offs they dont work. Originals have sensors in the brush heads, to work with the electronics in them.
