The product is great for its size and price. The treadmill is not completely flat and sits on a constant incline, and the gold bars are in front and you bend over to hold on if you are tall. Otherwise I’m really happy with my purchase.

Purchased this product over a month but was pretty disappointed when I opened the box to find a massive mark etched on the belt .I’ve contacted Harvey Norman twice via email but so far they have failed to reply.Apart from that it’s a good product

The treadmill was purchased for my Mum for Mother’s Day &, to date, has been working as intended.My Mum is thrilled with the product & uses it several times a day, improving each week. The family is thrilled knowing we bought her the gift of health.Definitely recommend the treadmill for those who are not overly active but like to move & keep fit in their later years.

I have just received my treadmill today. There was some oil like staining on the treadmill belt. Also the wheels are very small and metal. They do not turn very easily at all. It was difficult to roll the treadmill to it's position I wanted it to be in. The wheels marked my tiled floor. I would not recommend this machine to be moved and rolled around once you have it, as the wheels make it difficult and could mark your floor - it's not as easy as the videos show. It's does have some weight to it, so it might be OK for young, fit muscular person and people without any bending/back issue but for everyone else, it is an effort. The instructions and controls say you can use set programs (p1--p4) but there is no way to select them. They are printed and show on the ... MoreI have just received my treadmill today. The hand grips are set too far forward, causing you to bend your back if you wish to walk and hold the rails for stability, comfort or to use the heart sensors (I am 5ft, 4in - so not tall at all and do not need to bend 'down' to it but I must bend forward instead). If you wish to hold the rails without bending your back, you will need to step right up to the front end and take micro steps. Another thing to note is the incline this machine is at. Machines at the gym are flatter, the incline I found increased the intensity and difficulty than if walking on a flat surface. It's too noisy to watch TV while it's on, you'd need to raise the volume up some and finally the treadmill itself feels sluggish and did slip a couple of times when I did try to step out to to a pace I would walk on on real ground. I like to walk fast at at least 4-5.8km/hr - I don't jog, so can't give a review for jogging or running.
