Over the all, the pants are good. The only real minus of the product is that there are only 2 pockets, and they have an average size. The zip line which you can see on photos near the knee - is a ventilation. There is also an issue with the description on a web site. It says:> 2-layer Dryplay 20,000 mm/20,000 g waterproof/breathable membraneBut the real membrane is 10k/10k. And this is why I'm returning pants back to the store. So I can't say anything about their durability because I didn't use them.

They're comfortable, warm, and the outside thigh vents are effective at shedding heat. I used them skiing, and the light insulation was enough to keep me warm with a light wool baselayer underneath, while the vents would cool me down after walking or in the lodge. They fit well over my ski boots. The two pockets are large enough for wallet, keys, and/or a phone. I've skied them for 5 days and haven't encountered any issues. The DWR coating is holding up well so far.The pant-shortening feature is cool for keeping your pants clean while walking between the ski lodge and car - you just have to remember to shorten them for the walk, and release them for the skiing. The waist isn't adjustable, but has an elastic snow gaiter instead. Nice ski pants. Bought the Tannin color in Large. Matches nicely with my Naikoon Jacket (Yellow). I'm 6'2", the inseam is plenty long enough for me and these pants aren't baggy.

Love the material and look. Pockets are convenient as well as the venting options. I think the fake back pockets are a little silly but doesn't detract from the quality of the pant at all. All of that with sustainable sourcing and lifetime repair makes these a steal.
I'm 5'7 about 148 pounds and Small fits perfect. They are very warm but no to thick. Made of durable materials. I love the in the pockets their is a draw stronger hem pants from dragging when having on regular shoes. The waist guaiters have the comfort of pant but security of a bib. I've never had any issues at all with these pants from cold days to wet days.
Bought the Tannin color in Large, perfect pant with my Naikoon Jacket (Yellow). The inseam was fine for my 6'2" frame, and the waist was perfect for my 35" waist @195 lbs. I think the Large won't work for anyone over 36" waist, just sayin'.
Bought for my 14 year old son - and he loves them! Warm but not restrictive or too bulky/heavy. Great color - makes him easier to spot amongst all of the black on the slopes.
Overall I am very impressed with these pants. They fit well (true to size), the fabric has a soft yet waterproof texture to it, and I love the color way. Features such as the pull strings to lift the cuffs and the powder skirt are a nice addition (though I do wish you could remove the powder skirt for spring riding). Picture Organic has a solid mission and I am happy to support their cause. I hope these pants last a long time to support the efforts in reducing my carbon footprint.I knocked off a star because I was surprised to see faux back pockets. Though there is stitching that resembles a pocket, it is not a pocket and is only for looks.
These ski pants can pants like most pants can pants these days. Because they're pants! Or trousers, if you prefer. Nowadays, materials have gotten to the point where there's not much variance in performance, but that's just my opinion. Get these if they match the style and price you're looking for, I suppose. They'll work! They're a little tight in the front crotch/groin area and front hips, but I only noticed this when taking longer strides while boot packing.
Love the pants. Warm but not bulky and good waterproof rating. keep the snow out.
