I used to buy this regularly from Costco... and then suddenly, they didn't stock it any more. Darn, I had to go an find it online and where better for your butter than straight from the horses mouth... except, just incase anyone is concerned, peanut butter doesn't come from a horses mouth. No, it's extracted from a peanut's bottom. Anyway, it is by far and away the bestest peanut butter in the world ever - and I don't exaggerate even two iotas! Super crunchy, no added sugar (great for those with diabetes) and an almost bottomless container. Also loved by most dogs, especially licking it off the bottom of your very sticky feet (flip-flops recommended for subsequent trip over the floor to the shower). I usually buy a box of kilo crunchy peanut butter tubs from you every 12 months approximately, a good supply for the year. A friend introduced me to Pip & Nut about 4 years ago and I now refuse to eat any other brands. I have it on my porridge every other day, I’m dunking in it as snack when I come back from the gym and it plays a part in all my cooking and baking. Long live Pip & Nut, you’ll always have a place in my heart ❤️

Got this as usual brand was out of stock.Firstly, it is really delicious. Lost a star because it is so sloppy. Yes, I stirred it well; it still just fell off the knife, the toast ….Environmentally it’s a toss up between good value for a large size and it being in plastic.

First try. Normal buy whole earth products. Will never buy this again. Just disgusting slop. The only description. Wasted money.
All the oil separates out while it is in storage, so when you open the tub all you are presented with is a bathfull of thin brown oil. With a lot of effort you can just about remix it with a long knife or spoon into a still runny mix, but the next time you go to use it, you'll find it has separated again and you have to repeat the process. Eventually you will decide simply to bin the half used tub and never buy the product again.
Having tried many peanut butters, I have to say this is by far the best peanut butter I have tried. This has taken my love of peanut butter to another level. It's fabulous consistency means it can be drizzled on porridge or fruit. Spooned on to toast or just eaten straight out the tub. I have bought other brands of 1kg peanut butters and the peanut oil always separates and no matter how much you stir it you end up with a thick sludgy paste at the bottom that is impossible to spread. Not the case with pip & nut peanut butter, I found it stays the same consistency all the way through. Highly recommend this but once you have tried this you won't want any other brand. Well done Pip & nut for making such an amazing product.
The best tasting peanut butter! Used to buy Whole Earth, but got hooked on this brand. The consistency is softer and runnier, but the taste is superior: slightly sweet and very addictive. Great and easy to use for baking or stir into homemade Satay sauce. Love the big bucket too, as a jar would never last long enough!
The teens can never agree on whether they like smooth or crunchy peanut butter, so I bought 6kg of each. This will hopefully last us a few months, but as the 15 year old is already towering over both myself and his dad, I suspect this prospect may be wishful thinking. What’s not to like? Huge quantities of peanut butter = happy teenagers. It has surpassed their previous favourite brand because of its superior taste and, apparently, is easier to mix and spread. If only the containers were reusable, that would make it completely perfect... For now, I have drilled holes into the old tubs and they have my husband’s collection of chilli plants growing in them. Chilli peanut noodles... Ooh, there’s a thought!
Pro: Seems to have only two ingredients, peanuts and a smidge of sea salt, No palm oil, Tastes okay, I guess, when you finally manage to get it into a more or less edible state, Con: "Contents may separate". Oh boy, isn't that the truth. I received what appeared to a bucket of gloop with not a peanut to be seen. As directed, I stirred for quite a while until I had something resembling very runny peanut butter. If it "settles" again, I'll be tempted to scoop off some of the oil and stir again to try to get something slightly more like peanut butter, Unlikely to buy again in any event.
I have always purchased meridian peanut butter which is excellent. Unfortunately this was not available in the 1k size so I decided to try Pip & Nut. Normally “natural” peanut butter separates and needs stirring back together, this one looks emulsified despite only listing peanuts and salt as ingredients. But Even worse it is a thick liquid the consistency of clear honey with a few pieces of nut in it. See attached photos. The only way to make it spreadable is to leave it in the fridge. Dreadful product not even worth the one star I had to give it.
