i have been taking these for years now and at 65 i should be in bi-focals but something is definitely working for me . i can read very small writing on the back of labels - you know, the ones they reduce to nothing on different colours to make it as difficult as possible for us old fogies - all without glasses. would recommend but don't expect miracles. a good food diet is a must as well.

I've been taking Lutein for a short time and it seems to be helping. My eyes had been getting so dry and feeling tired, so thought I'd give the Lutein a try. I rely on Piping Rock for many of my vitamin needs as they provide quality products at a good price with reasonable shipping cost.
The site said there was red iron oxyde inside, and it s wrong : it s titanium oxyde .... which i s not recommended (iron would have been ok). Then I cannot use this produce. Bas advice for it.
