SPEEDCORE The best performing tubeless-ready road structure in the Pirelli range features a mixed compound layer with aramid that coats the inner layer of the tyre, making it airtight. This new structure makes the tyre more resistant, thanks to the presence of the aramid, but at the same time less rigid and faster, due to the greater flexibility of the compound compared to a bead-to-bead fabric. The casing is then completed by a 120tpi Nylon ply and an anti-puncture layer, also made of aramid.
