It has a heart rate monitor which other "kids" trackers don't have. As well as counting steps it can use your phone's GPS to track your exercise. Data can also be shared to Strava or Apple Health. Fantastic features if your child is into running. Special mention about the Ryze app - it's exceptional. No clutter and clear to understand. Overall don't be put off because it isn't a brand name, the secret is, it's actually better.

Not fit for purpose, watch constantly resets steps and watch faces don't stay selected. Exchanged the first watch for doing this and the 2nd watch did the same thing. I know they are cheap but I expect more. Don't waste your money.
