Purchased this based on a recommendation. I've used the entire bottle in order to give this a fair review. For me, results took approximately 3-4 weeks to really notice a difference. The results seemed slow for me, but I also have long-term slow digestion issues, so I don't really expect anything to work overnight in my case. I tend to add this to any formula that I need that is working to fight a virus or bacteria. In combination with other herbs is can really knock things out. I always keep some on hand never know when it will be needed. Its not something I would take on a regular basis.I really like this brand.

Product is helping in food digestions and regular gastrointestinal and bowel movement. Great quality and just 1 tablet in the morning is enough dosage for me.
Really good supplement helps the digestive track and the bowl movements to keep moving.My epilepsy medication upset my stomach And I get constipated and dizziness a-lot because of my ulcer and gastritis but since I have been taking triphala I don’t experience dizziness or abdominal pain as much., like once in a great while and it’s usually if I wait too long to eat or someone is smoking cigarettes around me. I use it for my gut that has been affected by antibiotics. Overall good product but the pills are somewhat difficult to swallow for me- they are dry and big. No gel capsules
