Yum! I love the flavours in this soup, very mourish and creamy. I did find a slight aftertaste of warm pepper, but not uncomfortable hot. I have found the trick with any of this brand of soup is to sit and stir for a while. I find it very relaxing and enjoy it as much as the soup, its my ‘me’ time to just let my mind wander and take a moment for myself.

I do like this soup despite its strong coconut flavour, although that can be easily fixed by either adding a little lowdered parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast. I also think it tastes nicer when left covered for a good 5 mins or more before consuming.
