I had a terrible experience. I bought this dollhouse on sale and had it put away for for Christmas. When it was time to put it together, it was cracked. I contacted Burke Decor’s customer service and they are unable to do anything for me. I am very unhappy about this product. Don’t get me wrong it’s an adorable dollhouse, the door doesn’t stay shut though, but had I known Burke Decor had terrible customer service I would have purchased elsewhere.

Shipping was fast and easy. I haven't tried to assemble yet- but pieces are well-cut and look sturdy. Very nice looking pieces. Only weird thing is that there is a strong smell from the wood. May need to air it out for a week or so.

This is just beautiful. We bought this with a bit of money off after Christmas and saved it for my daughters 4th birthday. It’s just beautifully made and smells lovely. We just it for Maileg which it is great for. It’s sturdy and was easy to build.
My kids love it! I will say that putting it together there were a few bumps in the road. If you’re used to Drewart or Ostheimer large pieces this seems lower quality as it isn’t solid wood but it’s very pretty and getting a lot of play.
Agree with the previous review. The screws stripped so easy and the stairs don’t fit correctly. They’re so loose and flimsy. The instructions should be better. Had to take it apart 3 times because we didn’t realize the holes have to be in a certain position for the stairs. It’s not outlined anywhere in the instructions. Very disappointed of the quality since it’s not cheap.
We ordered the doll house for my daughter as her Christmas gift this year. We live in the U.S and the doll house is completely sold out, we were nervous it wouldn’t be delivered on time considering how far it had to travel. Needless to say, we ordered it on a Friday and it was on our doorstep by Monday. We reached out to confirm this before we ordered and customer service was immediate and truly superb. We look forward to a continued relationship with 100 toys.
The quality doesn’t match the price. The screws stripped easily and it’s made of pretty flimsy mdf that damages easily. For something this price, it should be sturdy and of sound assembly.
Looks beautiful but the screws stripped so easily and the instructions were not clear as to which way some of the pieces should go so that the stairs can fit properly. Once we got it all together, we realized the stairs wouldn’t fit and now we can’t take it apart because the screws are stripped and cannot be removed. Very disappointed. For this price it should have been better quality with clear instructions.
