Avoid buying this overpriced crap.Mic: The mic is leaking sound directly into your headphone. You can hear your own voice while talking! Touch any part of the mic and you can hear the loud rubbing noise transmitted directly into your headset!Audio: Audio is really bad, only good for voices, non existing bass or timber.Function: Mute button just refuse to work once you clicked into another program. You literally need to go back to the same program in order to unmute the headset. Who designs such a stupid function?!Mic noise cancelling is practically non existent!Comfort: It is light which is good for long hour work. However the cushion is literally just a cheap piece of foam without a leather covering it. It is very uncomfortable.

Can't Train without it!

I bought this amazing headset a couple of Months ago, and it has been a game changer. The microphone is so directional that it only picks up you speaking. If someone is in your room or mowing the lawn outside your window....or if the dog is barking, they can't hear a thing. It has been so comforting that I no longer have to worry about working from home or the office. I won't be without it! Works great with MS Teams! Even has an volume control and an MS Teams button to help you quickly join your MS Teams meeting!

Clarity A++

Love the clarity of these. Am a WFH telehelp and they are more comfy than the hubbies 3220. (which is also a really good set) The boom mic being more rigid helps keep it at the right distance. I like that the mute is easily in reach as well as the volume buttons

Don't buy w/uncomfortable cheap ear foam pieces

The description says CONNECTS TO PC via USB/USB-C, connects to mobile devices and tablets via 3.5 mm (BW3315/BW3325) and devices that support USB-C - this is FALSE. The cord does not unplug as a 3.5mm as seen in photo. Photos show leatherette covers on head piece. FALSE there is only very cheap foam. Neither the data sheet nor the website will provide you information on the very cheap produce you will buy with this model. They very mistakenly make you think you will be getting the higher end one unless you download the photo of the produce, zoom in yourself to see what is in the picture. Otherwise BUYER BE WARE!

Flimsy for the price, Mic is awful

I again bought another Poly headset after the first disappoints me. Got the 3320 USB-C version. Pros:1) audio quality is loud and clear, okay for music2) looks great3) boom mic is bendable4) comfortable.Cons1) built quality feels flimsy yet it's expensive2) mic quality which I care most, is horrible! I tried recording on Webex, found that voice is quite muffled and tinny especially words with 'T', 'S' are not crisp at all! why? I thought USB-C should work better. I even looked up on all articles/ comments, it's nothing to dowith my PC setting, that's the best the mic could handle, I even skipped the cheaper 3220 because I thought it's supposed to be an upgrade! how disappointing! I can't say it's a good headset because of this.

I’m curious to see how long it will last with extensive use, as it feels almost entirely made out of plastic. It’s also fairly large - which makes it easy to use, though a little less portable.Wired connection ensures that there was never any connection issues, but definitely more practical in an office setting - as I’m currently working from home, I prefer a wireless option as I tend to move about more. Great Feature Enhancements from the Previous Model

Great upgrade from the previous model, the ability to use the headphones in a USB port or have the option to us it in the audio port opens up alot of new options. I Can now use the headphones with my cellphone and other audio devices. The Noise Isolation works great blocking out background noise, as well as with the microphone. The headphone ear cushions are incredibly soft and comfortable on your ears. Overall great headphones and excellent options.

Great for home office use

Using this headset for my home office. I'm on a lot of MS Teams and other conference calls. Sounds quality is great and people on the other end also said they sound so much better than the laptop microphone. Light weight and comfortable. Ability to adjust volume, mute and answer calls from the dongle is also very nice feature. Sounds is very clear. Overall a great headset!! A+

Great headphones and mic quality

The Blackwire 3300 is an excellent pair of headphones, especially when taking meetings from home. The headphone quality is great, as I always expect with Poly. The microphone quality is excellent, and did a good job at blocking out my AC unit in the background.The optional controller integrates with Windows 10 perfectly for volume control, and the physical mute button is always a nice touch.The carrying case is sleek and protects the headphones well.

Nice headset, need to return to old case design

Product is good quality and price/performance hits the spot. Audio and microphone are well implemented, headset is comfortable with the (fake) leather covers. Used it for over a year, then bought a second one for my wife. The first one came with a decent neoprene case, the second one (bought a year later) unfortunately came with a cheap mesh bag that doesn't do justice to the product when traveling - no padding. The cable connection is particularly vulnerable and not very robust. Hence 4 Stars. Hopefully Poly will reverse this poor cost saving measure.
