Bought it as a second one for home since I love it at my office. Works great with Cisco VOIP desk phones with optional connector.

The same headset handles my business phone AND my cell phone, I no longer need to put people on speaker so I can type. Nice upgrade! The distance I can go is about the same before I have issues with the headset but that is not an issue.
