The best braid I have ever used. I bought the 6 pound and it has been phenomenal not one drama at all unlike j braid and fins. Great for Bream fishing. Three of my mates also have it and have the same thoughts

I thought I’d give this braid a go, Australian made 👍 (I hope, that’s what the pack said)I usually go J braid, but it seems to not last (12 months and rotting - get mid line breaks?) last batch I went Sunline 8lb but the wind knots were constant and terrible.I went 14lb to try and stop wind knots and so far this Platypus braid had been excellent. Light enough to cast, heavy enough to get no wind knots so I’m happy. Pinned 5 bream over 45cm on this braid in one session so it’s passed my test.
I used Platypus mono many years ago and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this Australian made Braid.
Love this Braid, I have tried many types over the years. Now that I am using this I will not use another brand. Great feel, excellent knot tying and very smooth.
I considered this product as it is from an Australian company and my first time using braid as a fishing line over mono for light tackle fishing ...
So far I am liking using this product, I’m running 30lb on one of my baitcast outfits and am so far happy with its performance. Casts smoothly with good distance. I love that it’s Aussie made
Bought this product previously, and bought it for new fishing rod and reel. It's Australian made. So I'm happy to pay a bit extra for it.
I was unlucky as i Tried it the first time and had wind knots straightaway. Lost my trace and had to cut the line to get rid of the wind knot and it wasnt that windy at all.
