I bought this game because it was the first Spider-man game that had swinging from building to building which was a huge step up from previous spidey games and then I also like Black cat who is in this game. They've basically integrated a bunch of classic Spider-man stories into the Spider-man 2 movie to create a great game. Swinging is great when you start the game and upgrade-able as you progress. The fighting is a little hard to get used to (especially when trying to dodge shots from guns) but fun overall because if you fight well in the beginning then you earn time allotted to spidey's ultra reflexes mode which makes all enemies really slow and easy to defeat. This mode does eventually run out of time and then you're back to real time fighting after that. The ... The best part of the game though is probably being able to do the entire story on your own time. The game is broken up into chapters and in each chapter you have certain duties that you have to fill out. Some of these duties include earning enough hero points to buy more combat or movement upgrades or going to some place in the city that is significant to the main story-line. Once you do the latter the story progresses on with the Spider-man 2 main story but in each chapter it eventually veers off and continues with some more Spidey content that wasn't in the movie but will be recognizable to anyone that has read the comics or watched the TV shows. This game is fun albeit a bit repetitive but hey, what were you expecting when buying a spidey game. All spidey games are a little repetitive but any spidey fan would appreciate this game.

Spider-Man 2 has always been my favorite Spider-Man game of all time and seems to still remain the best in what it does. The fact that the formula was completely changed for the better in this game compared to its predecessor, which only came out two years before it, is astonishing. I truly believe this is Treyarch's absolute masterpiece and though the character models ingame and cutscenes alike have not aged well at all, the buildings and gameplay have and it feels the very same way it did back in 2004. If you don't have this game already, get it. You have no excuse, considering it's available on Xbox, PS2, and Gamecube. If you buy the PC version, you're getting ripped off because it's completely different from the console versions.

This is Grand Theft Spider-man. The web-swinging, zipping, flying, jumping, wall-crawling--it completely immerses you into the role of Spider-man. The controls just rock. I could not recommend this game enough, just for the top-notch free-roaming of New York City and web-slinging. It is an absolute quirky, early 2000's joy.Great price, too.Thank you so much, DK Oldies.It's pizza time.

As a huge spider-man fan, I knew I had to pick this game up. As soon as I received it I put it into my wii and started playing. I was a bit worried that the disk would be damaged in shipping, as I bought a disk only copy, but it ended up being in great condition! I look forward to buying more games from you in the future.
The game's graphics holds up pretty good today. I'm getting used to the controls of the game. The story in the game is gr8 and the voice acting is top notch! I'm looking forward to finishing the game. Other than that, I love the game and I'm glad I have it
Its Spider-Man game for the DS handheld. Differently like the touchscreen looking at the map on the bottom side of the screen
I’ve enjoyed this game when I was just a kid and when I saw it on here for $30 I knew I have to have it. As a huge Spider-Man nerd I am. I had to relive the good simple days :)
Haven't played this game since its release and it feels good knowing Doc Ock no longer scars me with how difficult he was back in '04. Now I smack him up a'real a'nice
Very fun game. Came with a good amount of scratches, but it runs perfectly. Overall great experience, would recommend if you're a fan of retro-games, and the wall-crawler. And definitely if you're looking for a good Spider-Man game. Pizza Time!
