The PS5 Still has alot of updates that is coming to its operating system/UI that will allow it to have the expandable storage option, and that will allow even more smoother connectivity with PS3 and PS4 games. I have Also given a Over all five star rating to how efficient it is to operate the PS5 system. The boot up time is like 3to 10secs max from the moment you press the power button on the console or controller you go straight to your log in screen and within 2seconds you are looking at your interface which is extremely easy to use. The interface Separates your game media from your entertainment media meaning when you only want to game you just scroll over to the gaming media side, and when you want to watch all your entertainment media like YouTube or Hulu and Netflix you just scroll over to the entertainment media option which is less then a second. Now things get even easier with the Ui of the Playstation interface when you use something called switcher which allows you to jump from game to game or from YouTube back to any game or media App the transition is seemless and so fast. If I had to say anything bad about the PS5 it would be its starting out storage capacity of only 667gb of storage and the fact that the stand comes off to easily when sat Horizontally other then that My Game system is a PYT.

My computer only has USB-C ports so it's a bit inconvenient because I have to use an adapter, but despite that, the sound quality is extremely high quality.In short, all the recommendations for this headset, especially considering the price and what you get for it. You are Nuts Sony! Yet even with that issue the M4s delivered a more believable 3D audio connecting the M4s through my tvs bluethooth even though connection was not stable between my tvs bluethooth it still managed to deliver better sound than the playstation pulse headphones when connection was stable. Now plugin directly to the controller is where the M4s sound muffled just like the pulse did which it through me off, so something weird is going between sound delivery between the controllers bluethooth and ps5 something to keep in mind or dig deeper into. If only the m4s had a direct bluethooth connectivity with ps5 im sure they would have been the go to for gaming on ps5 and take you closer to 3D tempest audio more then the pulse could ever do, do to the lack of outside sound isolation or higher volume capabilities high enough to drown whatever environment noises you may have.If you have the money get the M4s and buy a separate bluethooth dongle to plug into the ps5 and see if that works ( i did not test that ) yet even if you don't youll will be happier with the somys WH 1000 m4s due to better quality audio, higher volume capabilities, environmental sound isolation and way more comfortable (Way) more comfortable than the pulse 3D playstation headphones.

They replaced an old hyperx set that was falling apart.TLDR: Decent performing audio without a cord, but terrible microphone. Nice for solo play if bought on sale.Fidelity: These have a nice sound and range, but anyone who raves about the performance hasn’t had a decent set of cans before. They perform as expected at the $80-$100 price point. Not exceptional, but not disappointing. Plenty of options to tune to taste with the equalizer on the PS5.Performance: The boasted battery life is about as advertised. Plenty enough charge to get me through a week of gaming, but I only play 1-3 hours a day at best. Plug them in to charge before I go to bed and they are good to go the next morning.I plugged the usb adapter into the back of my PS5, and sit ~6 feet away. I’ve never had any issues. Figured if I did, I’d put a short extension cable from the back and keep my front USB ports clear. Again, it’s been almost 3 months and no issues so far.Ergonomics: I have a large adult male head, and these sit comfortably during play. They can get a little warm around the cups after an hour, but not uncomfortable or terrible. They cover my ears and never pinch. Not having metal along the top/band is concerning, and will eventually fatigue and break (as many have reported), but I try to be careful and not flex it more than needed.The buttons on the left hand cup are laid out nicely, but I rarely use them. Other than the initial setup, I use the on screen controls.Microphone: The mic on this is terrible, it picks up everything. It picks up any noise and conversations in the room, heck even button click from the controller. It’s serviceable in a pinch since muting is pretty quick and easy, but I would never inflict these on my squad.
What I like about the Sony Pulse is the sound is great without an amplifier, I can control chat and game volume separately, easy to mute, and the freedom of wires! Read on for a long boring story but I believe it’s useful for those considering spending more many than what these cost. I’ve been a long time Astro fan. I own the A40TR and mix amp as well as my son has a set also so yeah that’s $500. I got great use out of them with the PS4. I have just had non stop issues with them being used with the PS5. Chat issues where I hear echo, disconnecting issues, replaced the cable from head phones to Amp 3 times. Perhaps there is a reason the PS5 doesn’t have optical support. These are $30 headphones that ONLY sell because Playstation has barred the use of 3rd party bluetooth. It seems like I should be able to AT LEAST use my Sony premium headphones on a Sony system, but nope ... so i'm stuck with this shallow/hollow sounding headphones unless I want to connect a cord to my controller.Something to think about:On the ps4, you could use your premium headphones, but the mic would not pick up well on your voice when using the headphones so the mic function was useless on premium headphones. On the ps5, there is a mic in the controller, so if you use premium headphones, you can at least talk as well on the mic. Only difference is the wires, which isn't THAT big a deal, but once you experience the wirelessness of these headphones, it's hard to tangle yourself back up ...
Surprisingly good audio quality from this headset when paired with a PS5 wirelessly, 3D audio being particularly impressive in games that support it.Friends have said that the microphone is loud and clear enough which again is surprising given no boom on the headset, the mic monitor is also a nice touch and can be turned off if needs be.Headset buttons give visual feedback in the form of on screen pop-ups when changing things like overall volume, chat/game volume and muting.
