The system is in great condition. I bought the option that was not cosmetically flawed and it looks and plays awesome. I have been off of work for months due to injury and it's helped me make the time pass by! I also appreciate the warranty on these systems! My old PS2 had just gotten so old that it was time to get a new one if I wanted to keep playing some of my favorite games, and I couldn't be happier with how the system works (it runs smoothly and the graphics are like new). Besides a few sticky ports, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the system or controllers at all. In fact I hadn't realized how nice the games could look as my old one had been nearly 20 years old by this point. Overall very satisfied!

Having so much fun with my ps2 especially with Xenosaga and Gran Turismo 4! The console looks so good. The only piece missing was one of the memory card doors but I knew to expect that buyijg an acceptable unit (and you never see it because there is a memory card in there all the time)! Thanks DK!
The item was shipped in a timely manner. The amount of money I paid for it I figured it would have come in better condition. I have brought refurbished stuff before. This looked like is was just laying around in a garage. The cord was dirty and stuff on it. The consul was dusty and dirty. I had to clean wipe everything off. I wish Ive gotten stuff from Game stop used and it looked like new from there. Then the information was scratched off the back. I don't know how to register this for the warranty since the information was scratched off. .
The PS2 is one of my favorite systems to play. It has an absolutely massive library of games thanks to backwards compatibility with PS1 titles, aswell as being a good media player if you have audio cds or something like that. There are a good number of peripherals for the system too such as a remote or a car wheel. My only gripe is the Slim models i've gotten have had various issues such as scratching discs. If you can, search for one of the Fat models instead, they seem to be more reliable imo. :)

Sure by today's standards the graphics are dated, but that is part of the charm/nostalgia. It is actually impressive how good some of these games look considering the age. If you want the best-looking picture quality, pick up a great set of Component Cables (HD Retrovision). Believe me, these are great and will make your PS@ look clear and sharp. Just make sure your tv has component inputs. Other than that, it is a PS2, there is a reason why it is the best-selling console of all time to this day. My PS2 Slim seems to have little issue running both PS2 and PS1 games (part of the reason I wanted a PS2 was to play older PS1 games). It's about the size of a small notebook when sitting alone (if you include the separate power supply brick, slightly bigger, but not by much, still pretty small). Overall, great, reliable little console. [NOTE - remember to unplug electronics when not in use if possible!]. God bless!
I got my PS2 yesterday day, and everything seems working to be working good. I would’ve gave it five stars, but here’s a few problems. The first one is that one of the doors to the memory card slot was missing, which is okay because it doesn’t effect anything, and second, the eject button gets stuck when I press it, which also isn’t a problem, because I can just wedge my nail to get it unstuck. Other than that, this was worth the $160.
