I go back n forth with what I use sometimes due to what my store has on hand when I need them cause I never seem to buy them ahead of time 🫣😅 I will say I’ve been a playtex user since I started using tampons as a teenager. I started with gentle glide (back when they used to be mainly all scented) and loved using them. They’re comfortable and reliable. They don’t hurt. They have a plastic applicator. Great for lots of activities

The Playtex Sport tampons are good. I like that they come in a combo pack with normal, super & super+ for different days of your period, depending on your flow. These tampons have 360 leak protection, which makes them great for just doing daily activities, or doing very active sports! The price is average, but I would purchase these just because of the combo pack advantage of not having to buy separate types. These are fragrance free, so they don’t have any weird perfume smell to them which is good because some other brands just smell bad. They also hold period odors in pretty well. The plastic tip applicator is comfortable to hold and insert as well. Overall pretty good! I received these free for review from influenster for my honest opinion, all thoughts are my own!

Great product, except for the packaging

I was given the chance to review the Playtex sport super in 18 count, scent free. I have never tried this brand before, but would recommend it.* The packaging I'm not a fan of. You tear from the top. There are "two little tips" I would call them at the top to tear down by using both hands. But that didn't always open the package. At times I did use my teeth or was lucky to find some scissors to open the package to get the applicator out. Or sometimes the packaging would tear a tiny hole, where one would have fun trying to make a larger opening to get the applicator out.*The applicator is soft plastic with a slight tapered tip. The string is two pieces tied at the base of the tampon and again at the end to help pull out. I like that the box came with two kinds of tampons (regular and super) so that I can use it for my full cycle where some days the flow is lighter or heavier. Usually I would need to buy two packs to accommodate for my light and heavy days so it's great that it's a two in one product.I appreciate the individual packaging which is made of a slipper paper like material instead of the regular brand that I use which has moved to microfibre which I think the Playtex packaging is more sanitary especially when it's stored. I like the applicator is easy to use and straightforward. Brands I've used have moved to a more complicated applicator which involves pushing and pulling to insert but I've always enjoyed the applicator that Playtex uses. . I have found my new go to tampon. Playtex Sport is a great product for a reasonable price. When I opened the box the first thing I noticed was how durable the individual tampon wrappers are. This is great because I can't begin to tell you how many of the paper wrapped tampons have found their way out of their wrappers leaving me to fish them from the bottom of my purse and dispose of them. This is such an incredible waste of money. It also really sucks when you think you still have an intact tampon in your purse only to find out at the worst possible time you don’t. So right out of the gate i was impressed.I usually purchase the super or super plus tampons depending on which brand I buy. There isn’t too much feeling when inserting, but there is a slight discomfort when taking them out, but this may also be because I just started using tampons. Overall, I really like the sense of security and comfort brought by tampons. Compared with ordinary pads, tampons are cleaner and more hygienic and less likely to be infected with bacteria. The thread of this tampon of Playtex is very long and has no sense of presence. It will not affect sports or daily life activities.
