Perfect present for our boys 1st birthday. Good size for a toddler it’s not too big that he can’t do it yet or too small that it will hardly last him. It’s a good size to do him a good turn. I’m really please with it and so is he. The wee den is also a nice touch he will play peekaboo through the wee window.

This slide is pretty good value for money. It's nice to have something not made of plastic! It's not the quickest to put together - I did do it on my own, with just another pair of hands needed for the fabric sections, but it took close to four hours. I'd recommend having an electric screwdriver handy otherwise you'll be there all day.It's been in the garden for a few weeks now and is still looking good. Obvioulsy can't attest to what it will be like longer term.Crucially, my little one loves it!

This is a very nice table, our son loves it and it is a magnet in the room - he stands there playing for ages. Sadly I could not give it a higher rating as the manufacturing quality is lower than I expected for the price. Some of the screws supplied are unfit for purpose - they are too long so the pre drilled holes are not deep enough. On applying pressure they snapped. I used my own in the end (size 8, 1"). The reversible tops are easily damaged with transportation, the replacement we got was also slightly damaged and warped. On the plus side, the draws work well with a bit of wax on the runners.

Good product but not ready assembled as advertised!

I bought this for my granddaughter who is going to be 2 years old and she loves it but the only reason we bought from here was because my son in law preferred the option that it was ready assembled. Having spent the weekend looking after my granddaughter so they could get the garden sorted for it arriving you can imagine our disappointment when we took her home to find it getting delivered in flat pack form. It took 2 people 2 and a half hours to assemble it (and yes we had the tools and ability to do it) while I looked after my granddaughter who just wanted to slide. Very disappointed Very!!!

Lovely play centre but quality could improve

Really lovely play centre but the quality could be better. My husband is a competent flat pack assembler and it still ended up wonky, presumably due to poor manufacturing. He was very frustrated by the instructions which in places have been over engineered and miss basic things to keep it simple

Pieces missing - worst customer service ever

It took weeks to get a response each time I had an issue, which was multiple times as equipment was missing from the original package. The replacement equipment took ages to arrive. When the wrong equipment arrived, it took weeks again for a response, then I was asked for a photo of the wrong equipment. After sending that and waiting another age for a response, the second lot of replacement equipment was not sent out by express. By this time it had been two months since we had bought the climbing frame yet unable to build it. When asked for a partial refund I was refused because I suggested we had to buy our own replacement equipment, even though we did not use it. I will never use Plum Play again and going back to TP Toys. The worst service ever.

Very nice, difficult to assemble

The piece is very nice, sturdy, and great for a toddler. Though happy with the purchase the directions were misleading. It says 2 hours to assemble but it took closer to 6 hours. The reason is the number of parts along with a few steps - only in picture form for directions - that are unclear. The slide is still not complete as some of the parts still won't go on. I am not an expert but consider myself of average building skills.
