Perfect fit. Amazing ventilation. Killer style. However this is a disposable product. After a year of riding 7k miles the plastic liner has fallen apart and digs into ones forehead. Eventually the boa like strap will pull thru the plastic. This is the 2nd ventral lite I've owned and it happened on both occasions. Reached out to POC but got no response. If you have a disposable income and like expensive things that fall apart and take up space in the landfill, this helmet is for you!

These lids are large, at least in comparison to my last helmet (an Ekoi). After being squeezed by its predecessor, I went a size up which should have fitted given my head circumference. Instead I looked like a tiny child playing soldiers when I tried it on. Looked well made, but enormous.

I've owned some helmets in my day, but this is the best one yet. Everything about it is a cut above the rest. Love the sleek look and simple style. It's so light and airy that it doesn't even feel like I'm wearing a helmet- fits like a glove and the superior ventilation is perfect for those hot summer days. Also, sunglasses fit super well- especially with the included sunglass garage stickers. Sticking with Poc helmets from now on.

Excellent service, quick shipment, and amazing products. The grey color is superb, however I ordered the Size L expecting to fit my head (59cm) and unfortunately, the helmet is too small for western Heads based on the feedback from POC internal team. really disappointed I had to return it and find another brand that fits better :(, for that reason my 4stars
This is my summer road helmet for the high country. This helmet exceeds all my expectations. I was concerned that the removal of strap adjustability just below the ear would raise fit issues, but it does not at all— it is actually simpler and much better, at least for me. It is vented very very well and very light, which were my primary goals. Shape and size fits my very oval head great. Straight armed glasses hold ok, not perfect tho. The inner fit “ring” is super slender plastic, tho it seems to be holding up just fine. Adjustability there is easy to reach with dial. Looks very good imo. Protection behind ears seems nice and complete.
As the product title says, this helmet is very lightweight and the perfect fit. Love the colour, I got the Black with a hint of Purple and it works really well! The ventilation is amazing and keeps you cooler on the hotter days.Love the Carry bag that also came with the helmet, will be perfect when travelling.
I’ve owned most helmet brands and this one not only fits well and offers good coverage, it’s also very lightweight (285g) and it is barely-there comfortable. The ventilation is on par with my POC Octal TdF Edition (260g) but since the Octal forehead pad is disintegrating and I couldn’t find replacements, I got this helmet to replace it. I always add reflectivity stickers to my helmets for conspicuity during low-ambient-light riding (morning/evening commutes/training). Longevity is yet to be seen for this great piece of kit.
This helmet is everything I could have wanted. First, it is lightweight... like really lightweight! So much so it feels like I am not wearing anything which is amazing (and the point!).Second, the fit. I love it. The chin straps are adjustable but I can see if you have long ears it may be annoying where the straps hit, however for me it is PERFECT.and Third, very very ventilated. The hot summers have nothing on this helmet, so great to have the safety and protection of POC while not compromising airflow. Recommend!
Coming from the Ventral Air and Ventral helmets, the Lite fits just as you'd expect, with no compromises on comfort in spite for the pared down mainstay features. Two significant differences between the SPIN models and the Lite are the dial harness and now non-adjustable straps under the ears.This has been a wonderful summer helmet for the mild subtropical climate of western NC. To me, Ventral helmets are the standard for a bike helmet; they just look and fit great.
Usually I prefer to try different product to enjoy the experience what they can offer. However, after trying a few different helmets, this is the second Ventral that I have now. it is just simply so light, and well designed for the head/brain protection. Ventral was used a lot when I am on ice for skating and I have felt a few big times, thankfully I have Ventral on my head protecting me. Comparing to cycling that I don't fell often, and I am so confident wear it every time I go skating. it features so many big vents on top and side, ventilation is absolutely amazing. Ventral has been my only go-to helmet for any sports that I do that needs helmet.
