I hadn’t really bothered with using a product to protect me, I would just change my underwear, or used a regular pad and moved on. But Poise has changed that! They are super thin and discreet and give me just the right level of protection. They were comfortable, stayed in place and left me feeling fresh and confident.

As a mother of 3, leak protection is now part of my daily routine. Poise Regular Pads give added protection, so that I know I'm safe when out shopping or exercising. They are thinner than many other pads and don't make you feel like you're wearing a diaper.
Good absorption for low to medium flow. Would prefer if the pad itself had wings to secure sides of pad in place and avoid "scrunching". Would also prefer the pad to be slightly longer in length. I like that the backing adhesive cover had arrows pointing to the front of the pad so you know which way to attach it.
Poise is perfect for everyday wear. They aren’t chunky like other brands, they fit snug in your underwear and are streamlined to fit perfectly. They are very comfortable. I actually forgot I was even wearing Poise. During my time wearing Poise, I felt confident knowing I was protected from my light bladder leakage. Droplets were absorbed quickly and effectively. I was dry all day and very happy about that! There was no noticeable odours due to the breathable material.
The pads felt nice and had good capture but I prefer a pad with wings. I am a mum of 2 kids on the go go go and I often move around a lot, pads without wings are a nightmare for me. Poise defiantly needs to make these pads with wings.
Packaging was compact and attractive. With minimal waste. Product was easy to use, was comfortable to wear. I did not think about it during the day and provided adequate protection.
So descreet and comfortable. Make me feel safer that any leakage will be taken care of. I can sometimes leak when sneezing or coughing and wearing Poise Regular Pads make me more confident there won't be any embarrassing moments.
Over past years I've used several brands of pads without any real concern if they were terrific and so-so. However after using Poise Regular Pads this week, I'm impressed. They last very well and are comfortable the entire time. As well, they keep me dry and I feel confident at all times.
