Astonishing depth, beautiful contrast. I've been a photographer for many years and this film continues to amaze me. I used to use Impossible Project film and now this, and I am so happy they are keeping the instant film legacy alive.

An Instant Film Classic!

I love Polaroids, (my collection currently numbers 18 cameras ranging from older SX-70s to the more modern Now+) Although classic Polaroid color film pictures are instantly recognisable and evokes that great sense of nostalgia, B&W also works beautifully and I've started to use it more often. It tends to develop slightly faster than the colour film and produces great results. At only 8 shots per pack it's an expensive indulgence but the images are so unique it's definitely worth splashing out on this instant film that just a few years ago might have ceased to exist! So enjoy the Polaroid revival, help secure it's future, treat yourself and get shooting.

Better even than the colour Polaroid film

First off my sample image does not do this film justice. The contrast is rich and the images this film can produce are the best I've ever seen from any Polaroid film. This actually rivals 35mm film in the quality and character of the photographs you can take. Fun and creative. Great for portraits, street scenes, and experimenting.

Cheap but not great.
15 January 2019

Pictures were very inconsistent co.ing out of a new itype camera. Had a couple that were decent. Some that came out as all black and others of mixed quality. Not what I'm used to with the second generation black and white film.

Expired, crushed film.
7 May 2020

First of all, I want to say I do typically love this film. However, the stuff I received from Target today was a) crushed, and b) expired as if January. This is something I paid full price for. Very disappointed in Target.

Love Black and white Polaroid

I love b&w Polaroid film. I find it more consistent than colour Polaroid film. Especially if you are shooting somewhere with diffused sunlight.

Not perfect, but....

I can live with this B&W Polaroid Instant film. It's by no means perfect, but one day it might be. My Dog didn't seem to mind either way.

Nothing came out.

Unfortunately the images were all blank. My camera shoots other films just fine and had new batteries. Total bummer of a film purchase.

Photos come out AMAZING!
24 March 2019

The film looks absolutely stunning! I attached the first one I took, but of course, as with all Polaroids, you really can’t get the same detail when scanned and corrected as when you see it in person with your own eyes. It has this antique look, almost like a wet plate photo. I love it so much and I was so happy that I got it on sale for $11.99.

Sharp images

Shooting on an Impulse AF this film is lovely and sharp. Good value is subjective as all Polaroid fit is expensive but this is the cheapest I could find.
