Having a smart home connected with Amazons Alexa this has not only replaced my old sound bar but the quality of the speakers alone are awesome for the price your paying. Having the Alexa voice assistant built in is really good, decided to get another one for the other TV. Would have been nice if they also included the Sub as it would make the Bass heavier but overall it doe not really need one. Never heard of this brand but wow!

The product delivers good... not great... sound. What I do not like is how limited the controls are to use it. There isn't even an OFF switch! I did not realize it was so dependent on Alexa for function. I do not want or need it to be voice driven. Had I known that I would have chosen a different product.

I got a great deal with this product and no problems so far.
Gives reasonable clarity over tv speakers. Voice volume range is not sufficient to rebalance background music and other sounds. Especially since voices in many streamed programmes these days are whispered or mumbled.
It a great looking Sound bar had an issue but was resolved quickly.
Excellent product and value for the money.
Near impossible to turn to the thing off. It'll hijack the speakers and start speaking out loud. Also the audio quality is quite bad.
I am visually impaired, so I had to get around some of the pitfalls of setting up and using the Soundbar. I had a sighted person do the initial installation. Then I changed things around as I ran into problems.The first thing that I noticed is that there was no clear installation instructions. There was no step by step guidance. I made a couple of adjustmentsand the Soundbar was playing nice with the TV.I had to rout the soundbar into the television set. My sighted assistance had routed it through the cable box. I saw why it was done that way, but there was no clear path to installation.I was able to get Alexa started, after a couple of ftries.I believe that I on the path to good audio.
Totally amazing difference in our Sony TV's sound. Even without a subwoofer this Polk soundbar rocks! What an improvement. Alexa is great, too.
sound bar is good but the speakers i got also are not compatable which is disapointing. It didnt specify clearly enough when i was purchasing it so i will return to exchange the speakers
