This shirt is absolutely well made, from the button down collar to the to its hemming along with the sleeves width and length and size fits me perfectly. If I were a tailor that’s how I would make a shirt and would be elated on how it fits the person.Fabric quality is simply beautiful!It’s my first Polo Ralph Lauren Classic shirt and certainly will purchase more here on in.Thanks for a well made shirt!

We were in an unusual situation....had $450 in Rewards to spend. This was a result of a mattress purchase and time was running out. As it was a sale weekend, it seemed the more we spent, the more $$$ we still had to spend! My husband found two Ralph Lauren oxford shirts that fit him perfectly. We bought four sets of Ralph Lauren bath and hand towels and there was still $350 left to spend. I tried to purchase a pair of shoes but, they weren't on the floor and couldn't be found in the computer. Came home and logged on, called customer service and the gentleman was most helpful in purchasing a $349 burnt orange wool quarter zip sweater for my husband! Perfect! This shirt is way better than a women's shirt! Men's shirts, sweaters and sweatshirts seem to be much better quality than women's, and there's a better variety of colors. They are tailored and up-to-date with the trends. I love them! Thank you, Ralph Lauren!

Hello,The dress shirt arrived today. The cloth was packaged inside the box in a very unpleasant manner. It was folded as if a 6 year old placed it inside. I am paying $150 for a shirt and am getting this extremely unprofessional treatment. There’s always a method of folding men’s and women’s clothing and we as customers expect that. This was an utter unprofessional joke. It has all sorts of wrinkles, folded across the shirt and is really unpleasant.Extremely dissatisfied.
Very disappointed. While the quality of the shirts were fine, they arrived in wrinkled ball with the sleeves rolled up. I was told I could return them on Chat but there was no further stock. I had ordered early for a Christmas gift and really wanted to keep them or get replacements. I ended up having them dry cleaned which I was told would not be reimbursed.
I've been buying RL oxford shirts my entire life, and they've been a staple of my wardrobe for decades. However, this recent purchase, where I ordered a classic fit 'Large' was sized ridiculously. I had to check my order because I thought i had mistakenly ordered a child's size large. That's how small it was, and I have any number of large RL oxfords in my closet. I'm wary to ever buy from RL again as their sizes can no longer be trusted.
Not the same as earlier! The fabric is much coarser and more open in its weave. I have purchased at least three white, long-sleeved. RL button down shirts , possibly four, and there is a definite difference in the quality of the fabric! Too much headache to send it back! Probably my last online purchase!
Just received my new shirt. Unfortunately my experience is the same as several other previous posters...Shirt is too small through the shoulders. I am 6ft & only 157 lbs. Also the shirt came with the sleeves rolled up and wrinkled like it had been worn before.
Shirt arrived in a cheap plastic mailer envelope. There was no clear plastic bag. It was wadded up and stuffed in the mailer envelope. The sleeve cuffs were even already rolled up as if someone had been wearing it. This is the way Polo Ralph Lauren button up shirt should be packaged or sent out. It looked like something that came from a thrift shop.Pics available . Do better Macys or adjust your pricing to reflect the new standards.
I received this shirt in very poor condition! The collar buttons were unbuttoned and the sleeves were rolled up to the elbows! Who shipped this in obviously already worn condition? No tags..it was gross! Wrinkled! Of course I am returning. This was to be a birthday gift for my son. Not going to happen. I have never had this kind of problem in all the years I have been a Macy's shopper.
