After trying the unfrosted pop-tarts a few months ago I no longer like the frosted varieties. However, after seeing this raspberry flavor I just had to try it. These were gross and super sweet. The hard dry frosting hides the flavor of the raspberry. These would be a lot better without the frosting. I’ll never try a frosted flavor again.

This was the 1st time we had bought this flavor .... they were actually on sale at Target, so we thought we would give them a shot. The flavor wasn't bad, but we couldn't help but notice that Pop-Tarts overall have gotten smaller & smaller. It seems like there's so much extra room inside the wrappers anymore. In my opinion, it would be nice if the price shrank to match the shrinking Pop-Tart size.

Strawberry Pop tarts are my families favorite pop tart to eat! We buy a case once a week, and they go super fast! They're so good to eat out of the package, in the toaster, or even used to bake a dessert with! We love every single flavor, but the strawberry stands out more than the other's! It tastes like strawberry jam on toast! It's so delicious and it's a good food for the kids the eat on the go for breakfast, snack's, or on our to go trip's!

This is my favorite flavor from all the pop tarts flavors. From the frosting to the sprinkles, it’s just such a classic flavor. I like that fact that it is sweet without being too sweet. It also reminds me of my childhood and brings me good memories. It’s definitely the best flavor.
My Raspberry Pop-tarts showed up in their very own shipping box the other day. Imagine, this $3 box of toaster pastries were shipped by themselves as part of a larger order, packed into an individual larger box, labeled, processed, mailed, and delivered to my porch. All that energy and effort to make sure I have some tasty nomz available during this pandemic, I can't imagine how anyone can turn a profit with these shipping practices though... When I was a starry-eyed hippie in the 70's, we used to eat these for breakfast/quick energy/hangover helper some mornings, and that very same artificial flavor brings back the nostalgia of having spent the rent money on party favors and only having some pocket change to eat with for the week. It's the taste of instant gratification. Rapidly digested carbohydrates ensure a healthy appetite will return shortly, sometimes before the toaster has cooled from the last batch. It all seems so unsustainable, but that's the beauty of American exceptionalism- none of that matters because we really deserve it! ...right?!
When I first bought and put in my mouth my tastebuds were offended. The aggressive sweet juicy flavor on my tongue was interesting. It was amazing. But honestly it was just okay. After my second bite I was in love. Then I be like, it’s not that great. But seriously I would get it for my aunt…………………………………………………………………………………who I despise. Actually it’s more of a love hate relationship.
I have been purchasing these for a while. My kids will eat them sometimes. They need to have more frosting on them for the kids to even eat. I have seen many responses on here about that issue. I will provide a photo to prove that the quality and lack of frosting exists. I may be looking for an alternative. Let's go Kellogs, prove that your quality is worth it to continue to purchase. I know you can do better. Also, is there a quality site you can just get to for complaints? If there is, you should have it located somewhere easy to access.
My order of the 48 value pack looked good from the outside so I was very surprised to see that one of the boxes of 12 was missing when I opened the carton. The two boxes of 12 on the bottom layer were positioned the way they should be to fill the lower half of the carton. However, the one box of 12 on the top layer was positioned diagonally (from corner to corner) so it wouldn’t move around while the carton was being handled. It’s not a value pack when when the shipping carton labeled 48 toaster pastries only contains 36.
This is the THINEST thing I've ever seen! What happened to the old pop tarts? 🙁I can't believe how much this has changed. This is completely different than it used to be. I think they are trying to cut corners to save money. I understand that times are hard, but good gracious! You can't sell them this thin! You should feel ashamed! 🙁
It's a classic. Predictable. Good, but not necessarily a showstopper. The strawberry flavor can be a bit intense at times, and it seems as though uneven filling distribution is somewhat more frequent in this flavor than others. Reminds me of my middle school days, which is not the most preferable, but I suppose it has stood the test of time for a reason. Note: I would not recommend this flavor because if you have ever had a Poptart, there is approximately a 90% chance it was this one.
