'Hate' is a strong word, but I hate this hose. The amount of energy (both physical and mental) required to coil this hose, not to mention the ease with which it kinks, drives me to the point of insanity every time I use it. Please do not buy this hose.

Hose connector broke. Lifetime warranty is useless if you don't have a receipt. Who keeps a receipt for a garden hose for over a year? Replacing connectors does not work.Once you cut the hose it seems to break the hose integirty. The hose will work fo a few days but develop a hole near the connector.

This is a truly terrible product. I have been patient and used it with utter frustration for the last 4 months, but it has barely improved. I understand that kink free hoses have a break in period but this hose is simply awful. It constantly gets kinks that won't pull through. It has a sticky surface texture that not only results in an exceptionally filthy dirty hose to handle, but it sticks to itself and is prone to tangle very easily. Furthermore when trying to coil it, it constantly wants to twist into a figure eight. It does nothing like it should for the price.I realise an annoying hose is a first world problem, so I won't go on anymore. This hose should never be purchased by anyone ever.

One of the connectors popped off and I got absolutely soaked. They advertise that this will never happen, that they're "super strong" but no. The tiniest bit of pressure and it pops off. I love the rubbery flexibility of the hose but with a regular connector on it bulges with water pressure and stretches, so I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to cut the end off every week or two until I no longer have 20m. If only the ends themselves were made of a less rubbery material. Pros are it's much easier to manoeuvre around and definitely doesn't kink.
Good quality. It does kink a little but it doesn't bothers me. The hose was a bit hard when new but I left it outdoor in summer and it soften up. Had it for a couple weeks, so far so good.
Only got three uses out of it before it felt like water was getting between an inner and put layer of the hose. Still does the job but definitely wouldn't buy again.
This hose is more rubbery than other hoses, but has not stiffened or cracked over the last few years. It is not tacky to touch or dirty in my experience. We leave it in the sun and the fittings are also still good. I will buy the longer one as well.
We got this as a replacement for an equvililant kink free hose they no longer make.Like many others have said with a small amount of pressure the crimped end popped off and we put another hose connector on. With each use the end of the hose bulges around the connector and eventually splits. Compared to the last hose the quality is very much not there for the price.
I bought this over a week ago, used it once and it is kinking in multiple places all of the place. Useless hose, it should be pulled off the shelves at Bunnings as it is a very inferior product
So called no kinks is a lie. This hose is appalling. Kinks are apparent almost immediately i started using it. It is almost impossible to use as I spend 20 mins just getting ALL the kinks, one every metre, out. Do NOT buy this hose
