Less than 2 months and it’s disintegrated in 4 separate places in spite of just basic garden watering. I’m taking it back for a refund or credit to something else. I expected a whole lot better from Pope garden products. Absolute rubbish.

First time use and the tap adapter was too shallow to fit onto tap……leaked like the Fountain of Trevi! Went back to Bunnings and bought a Holman tap adapter for $ 4.25 that was more deeper which fixed the problem.Pope take note….You don’t expect a new product to be defective like this!If you decide to purchase this package perhaps buy a deeper tap adapter at the same time to save you going back. Also recommend you consider getting the Pope Flexi Wand for $ 45.50……great for washing car…..don’t turn the water flow control too high……when I turned it up to max first time the wand recoiled like a 12 gauge shotgun and nearly knocked me out, lol.
the hose reel is pretty cheap but functional for a small sized front yard. It isn't the best hose either. There's cheaper products that are better. Final thought is that it should be fine as a temporary product that eventually will be replaced in 6 months time for something of better quality.
The housing is very cheaply made on the end of the handle is is plastic clip that keeps coming out the connections are cheap and always water leaking out of the adjustable gun. Next time I would pay a higher price for a bigger brand.
It's good and does the job. Only complaint is that I can't walk and pull the hose out to its full length without the reel turning on its side. So I need to pull and hold the device simultaneously.
Absoulte rubbish. Three out of the four hose crimps leaked, hose forever kinking. Couldnt be bothered taking it back - not worth the hassel so I just binned it . Typical Bunnings low quality rubbish they seem to be stocking now
I bought this by 'click and collect' a week ago. It seems a great little unit but, one of the cable ties holding it all together for pick-up was too tight and has left a permanent ridge in part of the hose. I fear, in time, this will cause the hose to crack in that place.
As others commented, the handle is flimsy and broke very soon after purchase. I bought this one as the fixings are permanent, fitted with a brass 'crown' and allegedly better than the standard screw on/compression fittings. On the main hose and on the Pope branded extension hose, even at low pressure, the connectors came off already 4 times in the last 2 years, different locations. Unfortunately it happened also once when I forgot to close the mains water tap: as the tap was hardly open, I hope the water bill will be OK. I will now cut off the fittings and replace with standard compression fittings.
