Porta's Square Edged Board is ideal for finishing off the edges of boards, shelving & benchtops. It can be used for strapping to cover the butted joints of sheet material such as plywood and cement sheet. Tasmanian Oak is a strong, stable, and easy-to-work hardwood. The wood's staining properties make it easy to match with other timbers, finishes, and furnishings. Tasmanian oak has a variety of colours, ranging from straw to a light reddish brown. Natural variations in grain, colour and texture are considered species characteristics and are not recognised as defects.

I used this to make handles for children's masks, it was nice to work with - easily cut and sanded. I received the most amazing service when I came to click and collect during lockdown!!!

This was rubbish, I recently used the Dulux washi tape and it was excellent. Bunnings don’t carry the Dulux tape so I bought the Bear brand thinking it would be the same. The Bear brand didn’t stick well and when coming to remove it it ripped and shredded and became difficult to remove. I will never use it again.

I needed various sizes of Tasmanian oak DAR to complete the installation of my new entrance door frame. Each length was true and fully usable i.e. no curves, twists or damage. Not bad, for an on line order! Size variety is awesome, too.
Used it to increase the width of an old timber door to fit my room door frame.
This moulding is lightweight and was nicely pre-sanded, so I could paint it without sanding it beforehand. I will have to wait and see how it wears after some exposure to the weather as it has been used on the front flywire door, to frame up the new flywire.
