Disappointing!!!

The Jacket has a good style to it and is warm, I ordered a large size which fits OK, but the zip is not strong enough and the teeth on it could be bigger to help slide one side of the zip to the other. The major criticism is the hood for when it rains, it is too small for this size jacket, it does not come far enough forward over the top of your head, basically the hood is not fit for purpose.

The jacket is great. Not too light or too heavy. Comfortable to wear.The description says runs small and order a size up. I did that and thought I’d was too big. I’d go with your actual size.

Lovely but arms too long

Love the jacket. As a 5' 2" Female Size 12/14 the Portwest medium allowed room for multi layers underneath. It's a good length but as usual the sleeves are too long. A bit troublesomw when doing my job as Home Delivery driver, but it keeps me dry and warm

I usually buy Dickies coats, but thought I'd give the Port West heavy-duty coat a try. I already have a light-weight one. I'm not disappointed. The coat is well-made, comfortable, warm and waterproof. I use it for dog walking and thoroughly recommend it

Good quality workwear, have had a team stood in the pouring rain for hours wearing these and they hold off the rain for long periods. Warm quilted jackets, sizes are also usual to any other garment.

This jacket is worth the $34 I paid for it. The exterior is fine. The lining is THIN! (like you can see light shine through it thin). Don't get the idea this is a stand alone winter jacket. It is a good two season coat, spring and fall (I live in SW Michigan). I plan to use it this winter but I will have to layer and maybe that isn't a bad thing. There is no drawstring around the waist so cold air can blow up your back. There are no loops for a mic or small exterior pockets. The lining in the outside pockets is thin nylon and the stitching feels like it is coming apart already. All that said it is worth the $34 I paid. Had I paid $50 I would have returned it and asked for my money back. If your outside job is demanding then skip this coat. We have had these Portwest Hi-viz padded jackets for years. Warm,waterproof and wash well. Highly recommended. Not expensive and perfect outdoor workwear.
