Love the look! Since I am 55+ years old. In a shoe, I am totally on board w having comfort, but not over fashion. I tortured my feet from ages 18-52. And finally, they started boycotting heals and looking for comfort w fashion. This shoe fits the bill. Gave 4 stars for the weight of the shoe-heavy! And it seems to run 1/2 Size too small. Size up is recommended for allowing a wider toe box as my arthritic & overused feet are now in need of one.

Christmas Gift for daughter (LOVE IT)

My daughter is loving these shoes especially the multi colors. We brought these shoes as a Christmas gift. Well, we brought a black pair first, but my daughter really wanted the color ones. So, the lady in the store helped me return the black pair for the Multi-Color pair. Best thing we did. So, we give these shoes a thumbs up. PERFECT PERFECT!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Honestly, I had wanted these shoes for a couple of months before I received them as a gift. When I did receive them, I told myself I would only wear them when it was a special occasion as to not wear them out and ruin them. I was wrong. They were ruined even before I wore them as the aglet on the right side was faulty since the laces started to unravel itself and became a huge puffball. This didn't happen to the other side of the shoe. Not only that, the right shoe with the messed up laces also had a weird flap as it never laid down flat to the point that the laces cut into my skin and made me bleed. I now have a permanent scar on my right foot because the laces dug into my skin due to the friction. I really regret saving myself from wearing the shoes for a special occasion as customer service said that they can't do anything and offered me 20% off my next order instead. 20% off isn't worth having a permanent scar, and receiving a dismissive apology was my final straw as I had wanted to love the shoe but the customer service left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I no longer will shop at Steve Madden and for those who are looking to, save your money and don't.

When I did get eventually get them, I got a lot of compliments.I'm just incredibly disappointed because only after about a month of wearing, the glue has loosened around the left shoe and the shoe came apart. Now, if walk in them the left shoe makes a strange squeaking sound because the mid-section and the bottom of the shoe have been separated from the outside, so stepping into them makes them rub against each other - very bad look for Steve Madden shoe.I called customer service to see if I can exchange them because I really love the style, but they said no because it's been past the number of days since it got shipped. Loving these !!! Just bought today 7/14/23

I recently bought the white sneakers and I absolutely love them. I wear size 10 and they give pure nostalgic vibes. I believe baby spice from spice girls would have worn these. Also love the platform and how comfortable they feel. Also love the fact that my feet didn’t look huge in these and the price I think is reasonable. I could see myself buying a different pair. I suggest low rise or ankle cut. Nothing too thick of a sock for these shoes if you want some wiggle room.

Poorly sewed

Ordered online. I've never seen the shoes at the store. I appreciate the fast delivery. The sewing job is horrible. The fabric/leather is bunched up all the way around on the left shoe.The right shoe has a little bunching. There is red/brown smudge on the left shoe and black smudges on the left shoe and some black smudges on the right. I tried on the right shoe in case I wanted to exchange them for a better-looking pair. I have wide feet, and the shoes are good for that, but the insole was harder than I expected. Not much cushion. I couldn't wear it for a long time. I never bought Steve Madden sneakers before and loved the look of these chunks but definitely have to return.

Totally bummed! Only time didn't check

I didn't check the reviews because I was about 100% sure what sneakers size I was. So sad I didn't even try these on until 2 months after I purchased to go out in and 😳 I couldn't do it and now I've got no $to buy the correct size and I wouldn't know what the was by the ones I got!! I'm size 8 just about any boots because I wear thick socks although I tried on 7 in the fashion doc martins and they DID fit until one foot didn't. I'm size 7-8 I guess depending on brand. At the time of purchase there were only 8 and 7 so I hate hate hate having my sneakers too Big and rub the back of my heel plus make feet look really big. These are definitely very cute IRL tho

Used Shoes

The shoes are five stars, really cute and fit well. I don’t like that they are used. I put socks on to try them on, I feel like they needed disinfected. I’m giving DSW one star for the fact they have obviously been worn and shouldn’t have been sold as new. The box was torn and when I opened them there was nothing but shoes in the box and the bottoms and sides were dirty when I got them. I didn’t pay for second hand shoes, I was supposed to get new ones. I’d love a partial refund and keep them or I’ll exchange them until I get new ones.

tricked me thought I purchased men shoes

I bought these back on the 4th of August. I got a different kind of Steve Madden sneakers for my girl because I wanted to surprise her with new shoes. Obviously these shoes look gender fluid. And nowhere did it say a women’s 12 when I was under the MENS SHOES TAB. So when my size 12 shoes showed up i was so excited…..didn’t last long I’m usually a size 12.5 in men’s but since I liked the style I got a size 12. Well turns out it’s a women’s shoe and it wouldn’t even go over my feet at all. Btw I wanted to surprise my fiancée so I threw away the boxes (evidence). So now they won’t let me return them. To me they should have to reimburse me because I was SUPPOSEDLY LOOKING AT THE MENNNNNNSSSSSS SHOES!!!Rant over

very uncomfortable

Unfortunately, these shoes were very uncomfortable. I wanted to love them so bad bc I absolutely adored the style, color and the fact that they are platform. However, taking a few steps in these was a challenge. I could barely make it out my front door without feeling like they are 2 hard bricks on my feet. Also, lots of blisters around ankle area. Had to return despite them looking amazing!
