I was looking for these power blocks for a long time and it has been very expensive. But I was lucky enough to find it here at Walmart for less. I use this three days a week and been very pleased with what this blocks offer. Easy to adjust and very simple. Quick to store and now looking for a stand to hold these power blocks. I would recommend this product.

Great set of weights for home starting (and women) at 3 pounds on up. Walmart was the only place that had the lighter set of weights, that I found. I only use 6-15 lbs, the others I leave in the closet. They go up in increments of three pounds which means no 5lb, 8lb or 10lb. But that is workable. The ones I use the most are 9 and 12.It is a bit fiddly to change the weights. They have to be on an absolutely hard, flat surface to make the change.

First of all, the description says it replaces 216 lbs worth of dumbbells. I took that as each one ultimately weighs 108 lbs and can be adjusted. It says increments of 3 so I took that as adding each time. Each dumbbell weighs 24 lbs put together. Secondly, the way you adjust them is by sticking a rubber arm in between the add ons, but that arm is junk. It always opens up too far and doesn’t secure properly. Lastly, one of the dumbbells broke during shipping.

I’ve opened these before and heard about them from Fitness Blender. I used to use them all the time and loved them but I gave them away when I had to move out of state. I moved again and have really missed them so I bought some more. I really love these with the Fitness Blender full body workouts. Together these really help me tone up and stay fit. Very easy to use and compact. I might just get one pair of heavier dumbbells later for deadlifts but these are great for all other workouts. Do yourself a favor and try!
These work great, though they do have to be flat to work. The plastic selector doesn't seem sturdy, but It works fine. My only comment would be that the weight markings on top are not easy to read with my over-60 eyes. I fixed that with some colored tape and nail polish. Handles are comfortable, but the shape takes a little getting used if you have been using regular dumbbells. They certainly take up less room than my dumbbells too!
These have been a real life saver during the pandemic. I only had a small set of 3kg weights and was getting very frustrated but didn’t want to spend hundreds of pounds on several weights to have them lying around the house. I came across the PowerBlock weights on a You Tube fitness video. Sweatband were the only company I found who had these in stock and as I have never shopped with Sweatband before I was nervous - I’m now an almost regular customer. I have since bought the stand too and am so pleased with the quality of the products and the service provided.
I bought these in the middle of the first lockdown as i was following an exercise programme that had started to put weights in it and i couldnt keep up with the change over with my traditional bar weights. What a difference! Its makes it so hassle free, i now enjoy weights. The weight limit is fine for me, but my husband is almost at max with them. The quality is great, very strong, they never feel that there going to come away either, would definitely recommend! Plus sweatband was great, quite informative website plus delivery was quick.
Absolutely brilliant, so quick to change weight, great for space saving. Delivery was quick, a few days from ordering. Only downside is there is no extension for this set, perhaps something for the future!
These dumbells are worth every penny. They eliminate the need for multiple fixed weight dumbells, so I have much more space now. I also found that other adjustable dumbells were too long for me, as I am a woman with a small frame, but the PowerBlocks are really compact and easy to manoeuvre. I also really like that they are square, so you can high plank on them without risk of rolling. It's really quick and easy to change weight, so you can make adjustments mid-workout without breaking your flow, and they seem quieter than other adjustable dumbells I have tried when you are throwing them about. You do need to keep them on a hard, flat surface, as it's difficult to position the selector pin when they are on carpet, but an old chopping board does the trick nicely!
I bought these thinking they were a product I used during a clinical rotation at an outpatient facility. They are different than the product I used. The big complaint I saw prior to purchase was flimsy selector pins. They arrived today, and while I agree the pins appear to be the weak pointing the system, reasonable care when selecting weights should prove these to be a space saving addition to my home workout room, and I would consider putting these in the trunk of my car to use in physical therapy treatments in a patient’s home
