Solid construction, but the rack system for the incline/decline settings is poorly set up so that the catch does not connect properly.The elastic cables offer little resistance and were useless for me.The preacher curl pad is too small for me so I removed it.The leg extension setup is small and uncomfortable but workable.Works well enough for bench press, incline curls, arnie presses etc, which is what I wanted it for.

Perfect for incline, decline and flat bench press. Unfortunately there was one screw missing in the kit and I had to manage to make it work.

I bought this product few weeks ago and with the gym closed has been a fantastic alternative to keep fit and healthy, good companion during lockdown.Allows many types of exercises, dimension and weight perfect to be fitted in any space of the house, garden and easy to move.

i brought this a month ago and i haven't stopped using it, plus i am a largish person and it takes my weight so happy with this product it has helped me do sit-ups without getting down on the floor hurting my back on the floor.it has been very easy to use and even put together.absolutely love it and recommend it for anyone who needs help in doing sit-ups.
