How strong are you? I'm a fit, strong, healthy person, and I don't have the strength to use this tape!The adhesive is SO stupidly strong that it is close to impossible to pull the tape of the roll, and them when it suddenly finally gives, you've used so much force that you get way more than you needed and it gets all tangled and you have to throw it out and try again.This is with a normal tape gun - never had any problem with any tape on it before (or since). And tried using more than one roll out of the pack to make sure it wasn't somehow just a bad roll, and it wasn't - they're all useless garbage.DON'T BUY IT. Just don't.

This tape is truly awful. It is so sticky that it is almost impossible to pull off the roll. It also splits lengthways all the time. It then becomes an extremely irritating task to try to pull more tape off for further use. I ended up throwing it away in disgust. Do not buy this product

Bought this tape instead of the Biogone tape because I wanted to save a bit of money, I've now spent more money because I had to go and buy the Biogone one after TRYING to use this tape. As others have said it's unusable. The tape is WAY too sticky, it's so difficult to peel off the roll. Do NOT recommend.
I've used at least four packages of this tape and I found it quite good for the price. It is very flexible, rolls easily through the dispenser, and holds my boxes quite well. I've also used the heavy duty version of this brand, and I like more this light duty, as it sticks better to the boxes. It might not work with very heavy boxes, but it is my fav tape for normal packing and average weight boxes.
This tape is rubbish, bought it expecting it to be sticky and act like - you know - tape. Nope.The outside is oily and the tape doesn't stick to itself, the tape itself has trouble adhering to most materials and I need to use a ton of it to have parcels stay together.Absolute rubbish, I'm likely going to throw my rolls away and look elsewhere.
I'm packing my home and bought both this heavy duty tape pack and the normal packing tape pack. This heavy duty tape is definitely stronger and thicker, but it is quite rigid so it tends to peel off more easily than the normal one. Also, I found that it tended to stick to the dispenser more easily than the normal tape, which rolls without any difficulty even when the dispenser is getting a bit dirty and sticky. There is a significant difference in price between both tapes, which are from the same brand, so I expected the heavy duty to be way better. It is just thicker. I am not saying that it won't hold the boxes better, but I didn't feel that it was good or flexible enough.
I began buying this tape about 6 months ago to use for packaging parcels which I was sending to online customers. This tape is the top-of-the-line in the PPS 6-pack range. It used to be of excellent quality and would have great holding power.Just recently, there has been a decline in quality. The tape is now thin, does not stick after 10-15 minutes and I have bought a number of packages of 6 rolls from different stores which have been split through the middle rendering them useless.I will not be buying this tape anymore and will be looking for an alternative as they are cutting corners on quality and this isn't reflective in the price. Avoid!
This tape is weird. It's strong, yes, but it also doesn't stick to itself. On the plus side that means it's silent to pull off the roll, but if you drop the roll it will take off across the room with you left holding the end. Not sticking to itself also means you can't layer the tape for any reason, it just doesn't stick.I'm confused as to why anyone would make tape like this!
nothing has changed, just bought a pack at the Preston VIC store, 25th August 2022. adhesive is way too weak, won't even stay stuck for 20 seconds on a box. new or recycled boxes. returned and bought the 3M stuff.
