It's definitely a very elegant scent, might be more suitable for an evening out rather than everyday, mostly due to its intensity.The bottle shape is very sleek and true to its logo, but I am a bit paranoid it may leak because the opening is tilted at an angle. I also like the fact that it is refillable, and the refill is more cost effective than purchasing a second bottle.Overall, this is definitely a scent worth splurging on. I am very grateful to try it, and will probably buy the refill once this gets empty.

Having never tested the original, I was excited to test the intense version, as I do like my fragrance to have above moderate projection. There are aspects to this fragrance I find enjoyable. Bright and floral on the opening, but quickly becomes very amber heavy, and quite medicinal leaning, think cough syrup and earthy smelling. This is the portion that lasts the longest and I don't care for it personally. I'm quite sure there are people who will find this lovely from the opening to the dry down but it is not one I would purchase. Designer fragrance has continued to climb in price to the point of being higher than some niche houses, and is not warranted in my opinion.
