My son is on the autism spectrum and had problems regulating his moods as a child. Our herbalist recommended supplementing him with a quality B complex to boost his coping skills. When our original brand was reformulating their product a few years ago we switched my son to this brand and have never bothered to go back. It's just as potent, much cheaper, and he prefers the flavor and consistency. We notice all the same benefits, and just as the more expensive brand you know if he's missed a dose as his coping skills are lacking. When taking this product reliably as instructed by his herbalist he's a cool, calm collected kid, even into his tweens! A seriously great product!

Of all the B Vitamins I have tried these B’s offer the largest amounts and variety of B’s and my only complaint is the price. These is a plethora of much less costly B and these are made in Canada from Canadian products. I sure trust Prairie Naturals to full and actively find way to markedly reduce the cost to consumer.

I’m a person who tends to run a bit low on energy most days with a low thyroid and working 12 hour+ shifts for 2 weeks straight. Getting up at 3am day after day calls for a miracle just to keep going and this liquid B complex from prairie naturals just happens to be it. Amazing product. I take a little bit more than the recommended dose for my own requirement, but there is no upset stomach that some B complex can give on an empty stomach, and the energy is instant!! The taste is also fairly good for being sugar free.Definitely worth the money

This got my husband back to work after being off work for anxiety and depression for 3 months. He was released from hospital, but was still in a "rut". He started taking this each morning and within 4 days, the cloud had lifted. In 2 weeks, he was back at work and quickly up to full time.
Excellent product. The taste isn’t great but that’s to be expected from a B-complex liquid, but excellent formula which is strong and can be taken in more smaller, more frequent doses for better absorption, Great for when you don’t want to swallow pills!
Tastes good, no unwanted reaction and I am sensitive to supplements fillers so that is a good sign. I like that there is malic acid in it instead of citric acid.
My 6 year old non verbal son has started to have burst of words as soon as we started supplementing B complex along with lucouvorin. He was taking a B12 from another brand and we ran out of it while visiting Canada. My family took me to Healthy Planet and we bought this amazing Bcomplex with B12. Thank you for this quality product.
I tried at least 15 different brands of B complex vitamins, Most of them were B12, yesterday the lady at the store said that B should be taken as the whole family to get the full benefit. The taste is good. I like it. Tastes like light molasses. And I honestly felt the difference in a couple of hours. Would highly recommend giving try. I read that some people noticed the difference in a few days but for me, it took only a couple of hours.
This is a good liquid B complex in terms of not upsetting the stomach in the short term, but I don't understand the need for flavors and sweeteners in the form of concentrated fruit juices, caramel and "natural flavors". This is not helpful for the gut in the long term and is contrary to why people take vitamins for energy. Stevia is enough. It doesn't need a cocktail of ingredients that amount to a product that doesn't even taste good.
I hate taking vitamins so liquids are best for me . This vitamin acts fast . Love the energy it gives me specially on the morning . I always notice that I have a better sleep not sure if it’s related but I notice that too . It’s a big bottle and you can’t go wrong with the price it’s affordable great product will continue to purchase . Hate over priced vitamins . The taste is good I like it no problems with that . I take only in the morning
