This pre workout by Genetix Nutrition has been working pretty well for me since using it for the past month. When I take it 20mins before a workout it does feel like I have more energy and motivation when training to do more reps in between sets which is good because my performance does increase a lot. Lots of caffeine helps too!! I would recommend this because it will make a substantial difference on your workout.

Great product, great value considering the 60 serves you get in the larger size which is around $0.83 per serve.I get a really good pump and it gives me that extra bit of kick to get through a workout after a day a long day at work.The Pineapple flavour is strong and very sweet but nothing a bit more water won't sort out.Just moved up to the StimFX due to the product being out of stock. Please get this product back in your stores!

I have tried other pre-workouts in the past and really hated the skin sensitivity that you get with them, this one definitely doesn't have the same level of skin sensitivity and has a great taste. Has improved the intensity of my workouts and love the apple flavour - although it is pretty sweet.

As a pre workout this product delivers what it says. Highly recommend if you are new to using a pre workout, the stimulant isn't too high so shouldn't be too much of a shock. Keeps me focused and gives me that extra push to get that last rep or lift a little heavier everytime. For long time PW users this might not be strong enough but has worked a treat for me.
I used to use thermos for a Pre,‘I struggled to find a pre without it turning my face red and super tingley! I loved the focus a therm gave.However I tried this with a birthday sale. I hardly get any tingles and I get good energy and a great session done. I will buy again!
If your looking for a good pre workout I totally recommend this brand. You get a great buzz with one scoop, but if your looking for a little more of an intense hit, 2 scoops does the job nicely. Not much of a crash after your workout which is a bonus.
I've been looking for the perfect pre- workout for years, I've probably tried a dozen different brands. This is it. Amazing taste, no clumping, mixes well, gets me buzzed and focused. And importantly, doesn't make me feel like there is spiders under my skin.Granted, if you are the sort of person that wants to feel like their heart is about to explode, look elsewhere. But if you are a beginner, casual, or don't need an absurd amount of stimulation, buy this!
What can I say? This is a very reliable, nice tasting product for a great value price. I also find this a very practical pre-workout supp. At night I have 1 scoop and still get a very solid workout and the caffeine levels are such that you're not up half the night. But on the other hand if you want an explosive hard hitting workout 1&1/2 or 2 scoops and you'll be flying. Good ingredient profile to match, One of my go to pre-workouts.
When I first had it I started to tingle in my face but found out it's a normal reaction. But when I hit the gym....OMG the best and hardest workout I have ever done. I only had been to the gym 2 times at this point but the pre fx was so good I made it to the end of HIIT and wanted to keep going. Love this product.
It was my first consistent pre-workout, it's pretty good for beginners but it doesn't have a massive kick. Often if I have a full scoop or a little more I get tingling and can feel a little nauseous so I usually have a little less than a full scoop if I don't plan on going too hard. Good flavour, can be grainy if not dissolved with time. Overall pretty decent, definitely one of the cheapest at the moment so it's worth it.
