Great quality protein, with simple ingredients. Just finished a 4kg bucket and still enjoy the taste. Easy to digest and the chocolate flavour is pretty damn good! Mixes well with both water and milk.
Have tried many protein powders before settling on this one. Mixes well (I blend with water and plenty of ice) and with a teaspoon of peanut butter added, hmmmm it's like a reward for the hard work you have just put in.
Overall a great recovery shake and it helped me along with my lean gains. However I found the WPC led to me developing some acne like other wpc products have in the past.
