It's name brand is Splenda and it hides in "healthy" drinks. Many studies have shown that these types of sweetners don't add to fat loss and evidence piling up that Splenda is bad for your health. I like these water enhancers. They are all delicious. But, for me, they're a little bit on the sweet side. That's the only reason I docked them a star. These are a good change, but I prefer LiquidIV to these.

Great flavor and great hydration! I love these sticks! My husband, son, and I all love them. Prime has lots of great flavors, the ice pop is my personal favorite, glad this package comes with lots of them! They taste great and we all feel great drinking them. Living in Florida one can easily become dehydrated. This product was recommended by friends in California and it’s made an amazing difference. The dizziness associated with dehydration has completely gone away. I drink one pack every day with 12 oz of water and my energy has increased,
I have a giant water bottle and two of these flavors that entire bottle. Absolutely amazing compared to 4 or 5 of the others.However!DO NOT LEAVE SAID WATER OUT! I have always been a "its water i'll drink it the next day too" and just left it on the table. Oh no! This stuff makes your water go bad! Leave it out for one night and it tastes like you're drinking mold.Quite yucky, do not recommend.Its fine if you put it in the fridge though.
I got this on sale ahead of a long bike trip, thinking it would be useful to have single-serve packets ready to go. By the 2nd day, I was cramping badly even though I was taking 3-4 of these a day. Low and behold, I realized each stick contains only 10-45mg of sodium (compared with ~550mg from Liquid IV, for example). I ended up getting some table salt and manually adding it on every bottle mix, and had no issues from there.I blame no one but myself for not researching or reading the nutrition facts - just be warned this has no salts other than magnesium and potassium.
Good way to make sure you're drinking enough water. These taste great and are easy to use. Can take a minute or so to fully dissolve, so make sure you don't drink the little bubbles of powder that can form when you stir it in.
Got these because I thought it would be a convenient way to rehydrate after workouts. But it is sooo sweet I have to cut it to about half dilution to be tolerable. Probably won’t buy again but didn’t throw them away.
