Then we tried re-setting the monitor nothing worked. Each a]back and forth query by e-mail took 10 days for a reply. re-supply of the plug another 10 days. Finally I rang and was offered a complete replacement. I had long since disposed of the considerable packaging so was pleased to find that it would be collected as built. This took another 10 days. So full marks to the Company though for a full replacement and a guarantee on the replacement starting on delivery. This time I had a competent friend help with the build and decided that pushing the final plugs into a too small hole was asking for trouble and they would be left outside for all to see! Hey presto everything worked. Except the IFIT free membership year somehow didn't but again was speedily sorted out by an email explaining! So perhaps I did get the Friday bike!The IFIT deal is excellent and the bike is robust and easy to operate. It was just a shame it took 3.5 months to get it working (albeit I was on holiday for three weeks in that time). Yes a bit expensive perhaps but lots of bells and whistles included with the IFIT deal. A lot more solid and stable than cheaper versions I would think.

Great bike for the price! It was delivered very fast. I use it every morning for 45 minutes before work. The assembly was very easy and quick. I was so lucky to get it at such a low price. No regrets with this purchase!

Bought the bike at BJ's early Feb 2022, put it together, plugged it in and couldn't. It was a European plug. Purchased an adapter turned it on and resistance motor didn't work. Called Proform they said it was the motor so they sent me another one. Received the package a week later to find it was a fan, called back they apologized and sent another resistance motor and ac adapter. Receive the correct parts week later, put it together and didn't work. Took it apart and found the wires going from the monitor to the motor were ripped off the plastic plugs. Very cheap wires and design from monitor to base of bike. I purchased new wire and went from the monitor to the motor (5 wires). Works perfectly now. Great bike, but I wish preform would invest in better wire.

This is a great bike and very quiet. A magnet in the back wheel came loose, but was able to get it back on. My only complaint is there is supposed to be a year free membership to iFit, but when I went to sign up, it only had one month free. I tried to email iFit, but the address list online is invalid. I am going to try to call the number listed and see if the issue can be resolved.
I've only had this bike for 2 weeks. I always unplug it when not in use, there is no on and off button for the monitor. But that is no problem. I turned it on the other night and a few minutes later I smelled smoke. Monitor turned off and will no longer turn on. I called the company and they said it sounds like the wiring burned and needs replacing. They are sending me replacement wires... problem is., how am I supposed to install these wires through the bikes frame. They said the manual has instructions but not very good. But YouTube has video's. Was told to search YouTube. I should not have to do this. You need a functioning monitor in order to add resistance. The control to resistance is by clicking the buttons on the monitor or automatically done when taking a class. I use this as a winter sub to running. As for quality it seems well made ,was easy enough to assemble, but the pedal strap has snapped already. As for the iFIT app, for me useless, unless you want to follow the leader. I found it impossible to load my individual ride, ( Google Maps option ), on line and on the machine itself (actually wants to take you down driveways along the route ) . To get to the only other option, riding in circles is a multistep process. The processor itself is slow and wants to take you places i dont want or need.

I had to drive three times the distance to find this in stock at a BJs to pick up. Large heavy box and takes two people to move. Took some muscle and thought to get it to my basement to assemble. Once it was unpacked I noticed the pedal cranks were assembled wrong, instead of being opposite they are at about 45 degrees. Could not be used and requires specialty tools to fix, tool to remove crank cover and crank puller to remove and line up. I tried to contact customer support and was told i need to register the product for any help. Looking at other reviews of support it looks like it could take weeks to resolve and in the end may need to return anyway. Rather than miss my return window I should have just listened to the poor quality control reviews. This is a great bike - high quality, quiet, nice features. It has a built in weight holder with 3 pound dumbbells as well as a water bottle holder. It's super quiet, relatively easy to put together. The screen is big. It comes with a trial membership to iFIt. The app is great, but it's expensive after the free trial period ends. If you don't plan to keep the membership, then I'd go with a less expensive bike. The screen only works with iFit and it's kind of clumsy to go to manual mode every time if you weren't using the app. I also don't like that it doesn't shut off. They recommend you unplug it between uses.

Said only option was to return to store or refuse delivery. We immediately filed for a refund and stoped delivery. A few days later received an email the bike had been delivered to our home. Immediately went outside and no bike was there. Notified BJ's immediately and we were told they would look into it. After a couple of weeks BJ's sent an email saying no refund would be issued because they had proof bike was delivered. We asked for proof and received a delivery notice that said a television had been delivered that date and time. We didn't order a TV. So no bike...no TV.
