Audio quality is very good in an affordable, compact unit. Only 2 minor issues: (1) I would have appreciated the inclusion of a RCA cable for connection to the amp; and (2) a power switch would be a nice enhancement.

Great customer service even though the purchase has not fully fixed my problem. After sales service is top knock. Vaughn was super helpful in helping me identify my issue. Whilst the issue is still there (cannot hear my records playing). Vaughn's customer service was without fault.

This preamplifier was only purchased after the cheaper preamplifier I had was found to have a faulty socket. Setting up the preamplifier was simple and easy. Its performance has been flawless, playing my records from the turntable without any issues. Excellent purchase.
Experience was great but was sent a black instead of silver pre-amp... works the same just not the colour I ordered.
